Well, this was obviously cancelled, and they are just running through plotlines, tying up all the ends. They realized that this story no longer has a backbone, and they try to shove one in with the "lets identify the reason our brand makes clothes!" What brand? Your designer left with no goodbyes, no explanation, didn't even ask someone to take care of her dear pet. Clara was the catalyst for the whole series, and she's an afterthought? What are you doing?
Are the Amars trying to make money again? For what? Why does she leave the CEO and Singapore? She doesn't say, expresses no concern that he is now DEFINITELY going to kick them out of their home. What a sociopath.
Why is everyone acting like this is the first time Shu proposed? Why does he think his dad wouldn't like her? They already all talked about what a good idea this was. This book is such a mess, that they can't even remember what happened previously in the story.
What NERVE Kuranosuke has to just walk in and demand that the Amars get to work again, for free, for his dream? What? WHAT?
So much time spent building up the CEO and Feyoung, for her to just get dumped out the story.
Why did they completely drop the romantic storyline between our main princesses? If they get together now, I don't think it was earned, and I won't like it. If they don't get together at all, then the first few books (that I absolutely adored) will be tarnished by completely squandering one of the main plots that drew me in to begin with.
I have waited so many years for this, and it's breaking my heart. There are so few reviews of this book, and I assume it's because everyone DNFs.
I'm cautiously hopeful that this is going to end the way I want but now I'm stressed out about Fayong and Kai as well as Tsukimi and Kuranosuke! And I have to wait for the next volume to come out! Uncool!! I should know better than to read an ongoing series...
At some point the pace really picked up in the series and now everything is happening at once. My favorite parts of the volume were: Tsukimi’s character growth (love to see it), Kuranosuke’s backstory segment, and, obviously, Hanamori.

I'm so tired of the Shuu nonsense. He (and the author tbh) needs to move on already. It does nothing for the story and just gives me a headache. I should have known better than to expect any decent story progression too, but I'm still disappointed. This volume was really just filler.
I was disappointed by volume 15. But this volume, volume 16, is very well written. The trajectory of the story moves forward in a way that makes me feel invested in the growth of the characters.
