Mason “Menace” Harrison

“Single and ready to mingle……”

Those are the words above every picture of almost every female that strikes my interest on this dating app my son talked me into getting. After being a single dad for seventeen years, I’m ready to spread my wings, just not with most of the co-eds who keep hitting on me and calling me daddy.

Now that Caleb’s in his Senior year of high school, I feel like I can let go of the iron-clad control I’ve had on myself without his Mom in our lives. I’ve enjoyed raising him, love the relationship we have, and while he went off the rails for a bit last year, we’re closer than we’ve ever been. He’s got a full ride to the University of Alabama, and I’ve settled into my spot with the Moonshine Task Force.

But my son doesn’t warm my bed, he isn’t someone I can share my dreams with, and he’s not the person I want to grow old with by my side. I’m not sure who that is yet, but the smokin’ hot lady going by the name BeachBum83 definitely has every single bit of my interest.

Karina Holland

“Looking for a good time, maybe more…..”

Those were the lamest words I ever typed in my life, but it was the best I had for the dating app my friend, Violet talked me into joining. I didn’t have any high hopes for myself. As a High School English teacher, I’m sick of pervy Dad’s hitting on me when they come in to discuss their child’s lack of motivation to read the classics and apply themselves.

Until the day Mason Harrison walks into my classroom. I had no idea Caleb’s Dad was the man I met off that dating app who showed me how flexible I really am in the back of his Jeep. Within minutes of the parent/teacher conference he proved the sparks weren’t one-time only when we christened my desk.

Mason and Caleb? They touch a part of my heart that no one’s ever touched before, and when a threat shows up, I prove just how tough I really am.

LOVED IT!!!

Sweet, touching, romantic and safe read.
Amazing main characters. Incredible hero – I call dibs! *lol*
Very likable and strong heroine.
No unnecessary drama, no silly misunderstandings; the story felt real.

I struggled a bit with Caleb’s character/H’s son, he did really stupid things in previous books. But the boy redeemed himself. Loved his relationship with the heroine, it was sweet.

Did I already mention that I loved the hero? Such a great man!
Before we argue, ladies, he is mine!

As long as we have such great authors as Laramie, I’ll read romance books. She is one of a few writers, who actually love and respect their characters, especially heroines, don’t make them gratuitous suffer, don’t humiliate them and – the most important part for me – Laramie doesn’t go the ‘sure best-seller trope’ by writing abhorrent manwhores and doormats.

Thank you, Laramie!

Ladies, we’re clear about the hero, aren’t we? ;-)

Menace brings us to the single dad of the MTF who, for me, has already proven in past books to be very swoon worthy. I couldn't wait to get his story and I just knew he was going to make me fall in love with him. Now, usually in romance novels when there is a single father involved he has a young kid, and oddly I've noticed it's almost always a girl. Well Laramie Briscoe is all about doing her own thing and Menace's son is actually eighteen years old. Which isn't anything big but I really liked that fact.

Menace's relationship with his son Caleb was actually one of the things that had me liking him so much. I loved how close they were and that he put so much trust into his son. Who will actually be getting a story and I am dying to get my hands on that.

Anywho, enough with my random fangirling over the father/son relationship and onto Karina. I thought she was a great match for Menace and I really liked how she wasn't afraid to jump into his life. They had a great chemistry and I actually thought it was interesting that they were a little older than you usually see in books where the characters meet on a dating site, at least for what I've seen. Karina was in her late 20's and Menace his early 30's.

There actually wasn't as much involvement with the MTF that I've come to expect from this series, but there was still a little side plot that had to do with one of their investigations. I didn't mind that it was kind of a background thing because it gave more focus to Karina and Menace. Overall, this is a book I would recommend and in my opinion it doesn't need to be read as a standalone as there is very little mention of anything happening in past books.

I'm not going to write a huge review, God knows I'm not good at writing them. 😂

I loved this one more than the rest in the series.
Hero was amazing.. Who doesn't love a man who cooks, cleans, do laundry and takes care of his son?
I just loved everything about it.
I also loved the heroine. She was just perfect for him and Caleb.
Last previous book I wanted to hit Caleb but he grew up in this one and I liked him a lot.

"I'm just a guy, totally in love with a woman, who's waited more years than most to start that part of his life."

"This woman has my heart."

"Let me give you everything I have. My love, my heart, my last name. It's all yours."

100% Safe.
No OW drama.
No one after meeting each other.
Hero wasn't a manwhore. He had his booty calls or ONS but there wasn't a lot.
He never introduced a woman to his son. Heroine wasn't insecure, she owned her sexuality with the hero.

Although the idea of single dad who is super dad, swooned me, the rest of this book is just failure.

The banter is too cheesy. The plot is thin. Menace can be consider a clean romance. Not much drama between Mason and Carina. The entire book is full with a cheesy, cheap, stiff and OTT banter.

Nope!

I was prolly in the mood for something sweet, angst-free, uncomplicated, and romantic. This book checked all the boxes.

I found Mason (H) to be an endearing character.
He pursued Karina (h) and he didn’t wimp out even when she ghosted him in the beginning.

This was a pretty feel-good book. Perfect for when you just want something sappy and no major drama

No cheating, no ow/ drama. Hero is not a total manwhore before he met h and she was kinda it for him when they first met.

I simply loved the hero and the heroine.
I recommend!

I feel more chemistry when the palms of our hands touch than I have in the last three women I’ve been set up with. A few of those I’d taken out on more than one date, one I’d even slept with, but this woman; she excites me.

It’s been over a year since a man has touched me. After I was humiliated before my wedding,

I’m already someone’s dad; I don’t want to treat the woman I’m with like that.”

“I don’t know how I would react if some woman came up to me and called me Daddy,” Renegade snort-laughs as he says it. “See I can’t even get it out without cracking up.”

“Let me give you everything I have. My Love, my heart, my last name.”

I loved this so damn much! This was my first book by Laramie Briscoe and first in the series. I didn’t know that was in a series when I decided to read it. The blurb grabbed my attention and I knew I wanted to read it.

Mason and Karina stole my heart with their story. I finished this with happy tears in my eyes and a smile on my face. I haven’t read a romance that got that kind of emotion from me in a WHILE.

I loved the idea of these two getting a second chance at love. Mason is a single dad who has a teenage son that is leaving for college soon and Karina got out of a terrible engagement. The first time these two met there were so many damn sparks flying that I just knew they were going to be great together.

Mason and Karina were not the only characters that I loved. Caleb warmed my heart so much! He was such a great kid. The relationship between him and Mason was amazing. I also liked how accepting he was of Karina into their lives. We have some other members from the MTF that were wonderful.

I will say that I did figure out the whole ordeal with the moonshine pretty early on in this book, but who cares. It sure didn’t deter me from devouring this.

All in all, I freakin’ loved it! Great job Ms. Briscoe, and I will patiently ( not so patiently ) waiting for Caleb’s book!

I received an ARC for an honest review & quote was taken from an ARC and is subject to change upon publication.

I’m quite shocked

After reading book one: Renegade, I didn’t think I’d like Menace, but, I seriously enjoyed myself. It was fun, steamy, and there was so much love in this book. I loved the close father and son relationship and had such a fun time reading this.

Not my cuppa.

He is a single dad who didn't date for a long time until his son became a teenager. He sounded dull, boring and old to me. She is, on the other hand, not my type of heroine, either. I immediately disliked her. She literally jumped on him in his car, demanded that he f*ck her and then she ran away and never answered his messages. Weird woman!

*********************************************

The book starts with their arranged date through a dating app, they hit it off that night, and as I said, have sex in his car. But we don't know how they hit it off. I needed to see their connection, I needed to feel the attraction between them and the sexual chemistry before that sex scene happened but the writer gives no dialogues of their date. No dialogues whatsoever!!! They go into the restaurant, get out and have sex in his car.

What do you expect me to feel here?

I was so disconnected with the characters but still went on reading but I cannot take it any more. It is meaningless and boring for me. Even watching paint dry would be more interesting.

*********************************************

I am so bored out of my mind that even writing about it feels like a torture, so forgive me please for cutting it short, sorry.

*********************************************

I don't know the rest of the book, I dropped it at 40% but anything I cannot read and drop gets 1 star from me, that's how I do it.

I have loved each and every one of the MTF books, but throughout, Renegade has remained my favorite. There was just something about that story that the others couldn’t surpass, I can’t even explain what it was, just the way it made me feel I suppose. Now, that being said, I just finished Menace and his story has managed to take the number one spot.

This story was amazing. I was completely caught up in these two; they were on fire! There was an incredible amount of character development. We got to see Mason, Karina, and Caleb evolve as individuals and as a family. It was exciting and heartwarming. Add in the fast pace and intriguing mystery and I could not put this book down. I am beyond excited to see that Menace will not be the last book in this series. I have a feeling that Cruise just might give his dad a run for his money.

Menace you made me a very happy woman!!! First book from this author and definitely not my last.. I am just so glad to discover the MTF and I cant wait to read and get to know the other guys..
Mason Harrison the dedicated single dad I love that he struggled to raise his son Caleb well and he really did good. Pat on your back big man.. I also love Karina she is a strong woman who knows and gets what she wants.. This book shows that your age doesn't matter if you want to be a good parent. I salute Menace for being a great dad you deserve to live your life with a great woman by your side.

This book made me so happy! I loved everything about it. Havoc was my favorite book in the series, if I had to choose, but now it is definitely a close second to Menace. I was so looking forward to this book and what a book it was. The story was well written with all the feels that I wanted. It had humor, suspense, and most of all a touching story of a single dad with a high school senior that is finally going to take the time to look for that special someone to spend his life with. He devoted his life to his son and his job.

Mason and Karina had immediate chemistry and it was explosive. Mason knew right away he wanted more from this mysterious beauty. When they met on their date, courtesy of a dating app, all he knew was her name and number. He called, texted and all he got was silence from Karina. He knew she felt the strong pull they had but he just couldn’t understand why she was giving him the brush off. Karina also didn’t know much about Mason, but she did know that this man could break her heart. She was afraid. Boy oh boy the surprise when Mason shows up at the high school to give a talk to his son’s class and there is the woman of his dreams. Karina, Caleb’s teacher. Karina was surprised as she thought he had a young child. Mason became a father at 16 and didn’t look back. Even when Caleb’s mom walked away from them, Mason did the best he could to provide for his son, he was an amazing father and Karina was hooked.

Karina was the perfect match for Mason. She was beautiful, sweet, funny and she fell hard for Mason and Caleb. Even though she had a bad breakup with a cheating ex finance and her ex best friend, she left her home and family and settled in this small Alabama town to start over. Once Karina decided she was all in, she gave Mason and Caleb her all. It was a beautiful love story and it made me so happy that Caleb had grown up to be such a wonderful young man and that Mason finally found his HEA. If anyone deserved happiness, Mason and Karina did.

This by far is my favorite of the MTF and I can’t wait for the Caleb’s book. I think that Caleb’s story may surpass his dads! I highly recommend this book and this series!

I can't do it. DNF at 77%. How the hell is there another 23% of this left? Holy hell that was the most boring book ever. I tried so hard to push through but I couldn't do it.

Look, I love angst free, drama free, sweet books where it's just all romance usually BUT this was just boring as fuck. There was nothing. No swoons, no chase, no chemistry, no excitement, no butterflies in my stomach, NOTHING.

It felt like it was never going to end so I'm tapping out.

Menace is the fifth book in Laramie Briscoe’s Moonshine Task Force series, and it was one hell of a read. It was so good in fact, I do not regret downloading the four prior books to my Kindle. There is no question I will be reading Renegade, Tank, Havoc, and Ace at some point in the near future – I need more of these characters, and I need it now. Knowing there is a story coming for one of the characters I came to love in this book, due to be released later this year, only makes me all the more eager to read the prior books in this series and ensure I am up to date with all the happenings.

Although there is a clear underlying story that has been happening throughout this series, Menace works perfectly fine as a standalone novel. Couples from the prior books are seen throughout this one, references are made to events, but you are not at a disadvantage if you have not read the prior books. However, if the prior books prove to be as good as this one, you’ll probably find me telling you to read this series in order. After all, it’s always more fun when you read series in order, even when each book works perfectly fine as a standalone novel.

There are so many words I could use to describe Menace, but I feel as though none of them will do the story justice. In fact, I know none of them will. It’s one of those books where I will end up resorting to typical internet speech when trying to describe. Filled with hot damns, swoons, and all the other fun fangirl language that occasionally slips into my reviews. In other words, this is one hell of a book.

The romance in this one is intense, in the best way possible. It’s so hot – like, seriously hot damn levels of hotness. From the get-go, I was in love with our male lead. I could gush for hours, just know he quickly made it onto my top book boyfriends of the year list. I would be all over that man, without a second of hesitation. Our female lead was wonderful, too. The chemistry between them was off the charts, and the way their story played out was amazing. As steamy as it was, there was also plenty of other aspects to keep you entertained. The connection between our characters, not just the romance between the two but the bigger picture of them as a family, was especially wonderful.

The continuous moonshine storyline throughout was also interesting. However, this is where I held back on giving a five-star rating. I was expecting more of a romantic suspense read from this one. There was intrigue throughout, there was mystery under the surface, but the action was very short lived. As this storyline seems to have continued throughout the series, I would have imagined it would be something bigger. I do not know all of the details, as I need to go and read the prior books, but from what I could gather from references, this ending wasn’t as action packed as it could have been. Even for the elements that came to light within this book, I felt as though the action part of the book was extremely small compared to what I favour in the genre. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it – I simply would have liked more.

Overall, I adored this one. There is no doubt I will be reading more Laramie Briscoe in the future – not only will I be reading the rest of the Moonshine Task Force series, but I’ll also be taking at look at the author’s other work.

Move over Havoc, Menace has become my favorite MTF character/story. I have been eagerly waiting for this book, especially with all of the teasers we have been getting on Facebook. Menace and Karina's story was everything I've been waiting for and so much more! I loved the opening and the way they meet, especially because I have always seen Menace as very straight laced. It was HOT! Of course their second meeting was even better, funny with some more heat. Not only do we see Menace and Karina's relationship develop but we get so much more of Caleb. I have a feeling Caleb's story may very well replace Menace as my favorite. You will absolutely love this MTF story; it will make you laugh, cry, and fan your face due to the heat. Another amazing story from Laramie. I received an authors copy and I have left an honest review.

As an avid reader I often look forward to a character getting his or her own book; sometimes I love those books and sometimes I’ve built up that character so much in my head that I wind up being disappointed, but I have to say that author Laramie Briscoe NAILED IT with Menace. There were so many tender and sweet moments, but holy hell there were just as many frantic and hot moments; more than a romance Menace is a wonderful story of life and love.

As a single father for 18 years, Mason “Menace” Harrison with a bit of a push from his son has decided it is time to put himself out in the dating market and try to meet someone he can connect with. After weeding through the women who want a daddy figure, he suggests a date with Karina Holland not knowing she is one of his son’s high school teachers.
Guys, I’m just going to put it out there I loved these two together; their chemistry is off the charts from the beginning, but it was evident there was a connection deeper than that. So much so that after their first date, Karina pretty much ghosts Mason. However, a chance meeting in her classroom has them reconnecting and from there they begin their relationship journey, one that includes Mason’s son, Caleb who is thrilled not only for his dad but for the teacher he loves.

Some of my favorite moments are those between Mason and Caleb as they both realize how much their lives will be changing when Caleb finishes high school and moves to Tuscaloosa to attend Alabama on a scholarship. Mason put his life on hold to make sure he was there for his son and no one would argue that he’s done a good job despite the rough time Caleb gave him after losing one of his friends, and now he sees a future not only with Caleb but with Karina who has made him feel more alive than he’s ever felt.

I honestly could go on and one, but I’m going to stop. This is one of those books you want to read and savor and bask in the love between father and son, between a man and a woman, and between a woman and the boy who comes to mean so much to her. To say I cried during this book is putting it mildly and while they were tears of joy for the accomplishments of the man who became a father as a boy and the boy who learned how to be a man because his father never gave up, I wouldn’t have changed these moments for anything.

Emotional in the best of ways, supremely sexy, and characters that will absolutely melt your heart; I loved Menace by Laramie Briscoe and while I have loved many of her books this one is now my favorite by her!

I Voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book

I waited and waited and waited for Menace and finally he is here.
I enjoyed this one so much. Menace has been a single father basically since Caleb was born. But now Caleb is 18 and he is ready for college and Menace realizes that soon he is going to be on his own. So Caleb signs him up for online dating. And out of all the people he chatted with Karina was the only one he wanted to take out on a date. Well one awesome date and a hookup in the back of his jeep and Karina doesn't return his phone calls, she took her profile down on the dating site. So what did he do wrong?

Karina Holland left her own hometown after a terrible breakup and now two years later she finally feels like she is ready to put herself out there and to start dating. But Karina wasn't ready for Menace. She is totally blown away by him, he is everything that she could have hoped to meet. But she is hesitant. He is a single father, and she doesn't know if she can put her heart on the line again, hence the ignoring and dodging him when she runs into him. Until he walks into her classroom and she has no escape, but does she really want to escape?

I loved this book. Menace was my favorite from the beginning and his and Karina's story was a bit sad to start with but they both got exactly what they deserved and that was each other. You get a sweeet romantic single dad romance plus some suspense and intrigue with the Moonshine Task Force trying to find out who is selling it to the high school kids. This one was my favorite

Title: Menace (Moonshine Task Force #5)
Author: Laramie Briscoe
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Rating: 5/5

Mason a single father who’s son is leaving for college and Karina a teacher end up being brought together courtesy of a dating app, straight away sparks fly between the pair and what follows is a story filled with copious amounts of drama, excitement plus there’s lots of hot, intense sexy moments and last but not least love.

The authors impeccable writing skills make this a thoroughly enjoyable book to read, the storyline just flowed along at an nice steady pace, it’s told from a dual point of view meaning we get to hear from each of the main protagonists perspectives.

This can be read as a stand-alone but having read the others in the series I can’t recommend that you read them enough.

I received an ARC for an honest review.

Dangggg! and I thought Havoc was my favorite Menace blew it out of the water for me. Man was this book good.

I love Mason I've been wanting his story from the very beginning and now that it's here it does not disappoint. Mason is a sweet sexy guy whose ready for love. He's tired of being lonely and ready to find that perfect woman to spend the rest of his life with. He's been a single dad for way to long and Caleb has been his top priority, and now that Caleb is heading off to college he's ready to get back out there. Karina is the perfect woman for Mason she's such a strong character and she brings out the best side of Mason. She's very sexy and funny and fun, and shes easy to love. She's been hurt before so she's cautious at first but she really dives right in with Mason.
I love how fast paced this book is there weren't any spots that dragged for me like there had been in Ace. This one really held my interest. And man was it hot! I think this was the sexiest book out of all the MTF books. Mason is all Alpha man. :)
The other thing I really loved about this one was Caleb. He's back to that sweet guy that we fell in live with in Havoc. He really loves his dad and respects him. I also really love how much he loves Karina and the bond they have together. I can not wait for his book to come out.
Overall I really loves this one. Menace is my new favorite for sure. 5 stars from me all the way!

5 **Big Guy** Stars

Karina [a.k.a Rina or Kari depending on which Harrison is talking to her or about her) and Mason ( a.k.a Menace or Big Guy) meet on a dating app set up by his son Caleb. The banter between Mason and his son Caleb had me smiling so hard that my cheeks are now hurting lol.

Mason when he sees Karina- flesh and bone is so much more beautiful than photography in this instance. Sex on a stick. Just been fucked tousled curls. She's one of those unicorns whose hair doesn't look truly blonde or naturally brown.

Hand to God, I feel more chemistry when the palms of our hands touch than I have in the last three women I had been set up with.

Karina- I've never met someone from the app before.
Me neither but I figure somebody's gotta pop my cherry. Might as well be a gorgeous woman like you.- Mason
Can't say that I'm disappointed either. Had I known they made single dad's like you, I might have given it a shot before now. - Karina

After a great first date, and a hot roll around in the back of Mason's Jeep, Karina bails. She gets scared, because she is still a little cautious when it comes to relationships because of her ex.

One day in the future, someone will ask me how I ended up in a restaurant parking lot in Birmingham, AL with the hottest first date I've ever had.

This man, who I just met, who has just given me the most body-depleting orgasm of my life. This man who obviously has a small child, and a life I know nothing about. My feverish skin feels clammy as I realize the repricussions of what we've done.

She manages to avoid him until they come face to face when Caleb brings his dad to her class for some kind of career day.

Karina when she sees Mason in her classroom-
Fuck me, this guy is a cop. No wonder his body is to die for and he made me open up so easily on our date. I wish I could tell you that I paid attention to everything he said for the next 45 minutes but the truth is I don't. I just listen to his voice, watch his amazing ass, and try to figure out how to tell him I want to see him again. Every excuse I have given myself is now out the window.

After that, there is zero hesitation for either of them.

Caleb admonishing Mason after his date with Karina, when he finds out Karina was actually who his dad went out with..

The chemistry was so hot between you two that most of the people in the classroom picked up on it. I think I know why you were smiling so much after your date with her. There's a lesson here. Was this really the smartest thing you could have done? I mean she could have hurt you, abducted you and left you on the side of the road. - Caleb

How do I feel about Mason Harrison? He makes me laugh, makes me hot, and throughout the day, I think about him. Probably way more than I should. I find myself texting him little snippets of conversations that I find funny. If I see a meme on Facebook and it reminds me of him, I'll screen shot it and text it to him. I've never done that with another guy.- Karina

This was an amazing Single Dad Romance, I loved how much Mason loved Caleb, and I am so glad that we got more of Caleb's story, I love him to pieces and I cannot wait to read his book.

I don't often give 5 stars to super sweet sentimental books, but this one blew me away, it had me smiling, laughing and several times had me tearing up... like the following quote that Caleb said when he was talking to his dad
It was pretty cool having someone besides you worry about me. Not like you don't worry and I don't appreciate it. I do, but her worry was different. She got me popsicles and made me food. It was a softer kind of worry. -Caleb.

There's not often I feel loss, like I missed out on something because she wasn't around. But today, as she hung out with me and did everything I needed her to do, I felt that loss. Not that you don't do those things for me, but there was just something about having her do it.

So sweet, and the relationship with Karina and Mason, was just amazing. Loved it!

A single father and moonshine task force member, Mason just wants to find someone to love and be his partner in life. His son is going away to college and he isn't looking forward to that. Karina answers a message on a dating app and meets Mason for a date and sparks fly but she's so afraid to get hurt again. Love, drama and sexy times are in store for you in this book. Enjoy!

»I'm just a guy, totally in love with a woman, who's waited more years than most to start that part of his life. I've never felt like this for anyone else, knowing deep down that I’ll never feel like this for anyone ever again. Why wait, Rina? Why wait when I know I’m never going to love anyone else as much as i love you.«

Talk about swoon. Mason aka Menace is one hot single dad let me tell you. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series but I do need to rectify that ASAP. I loved everything about this story. I love the fact that he put his life on hold in order to raise his son. I loved how Karina is tough woman who isn't, even after being hurt in the past closed off to the possibility of new love. Their chemistry was awesome. I really loved how much Caleb and Karina got along. And when the baby sister was placed in Caleb's arms and he made his promise to her? Save to say you're going to need a few tissues at hand.

My only problem with this story is her nickname for him: Big guy…I don't know I just didn't like it but it was sure better than calling him »daddy« like women before Karin tried to call him.

Easy 4* from me – bring on Caleb; I’m more than ready to see this »boy« getting his HEA 

I was so excited for Karina and Masons book. I’m a sucker for a single dad and this book brought me to my knees at times. Karina was a perfect match for Mason. Her personality was out of this world and I couldn’t help but love her and what she brought to Mason and Caleb lives. Those boys stole my heart. They were amazing and having read the other 4 books, which we see more of them in book 4 then anything else, I loved them even more whole getting their story. Like all the other books it was light hearted and fast paced.

My issues are with the pace of the story and lack of detail when it comes to Masons past and the lack of detail when it comes to the big moments in the book. So much happens in this book and it was like bam bam bam...... it’s not a really bad thing but for me I would have loved for it to have been more drawn out.

When it comes to things like Masons past, what happened to the moon shine stuff, I would have loved to really get more answers. I feel like I either missed something or it wasn’t detailed enough to register with me, which could be. I really did love the story though and personally can’t wait for Caleb to get his book. I fell so hard for this kid/man. 4 Stars #2OCCJD

I’m going to say what I’ve seen many say before that Renegade is the favorite MTF. Renegade was a filthy talking bad boy who had the hots for the woman of his dreams and she was older and he finally showed her what a real man was. That being said Menace is no exception, he really knows how to love his woman.

What I loved about this one was that this story wasn’t a slow burn at all. Menace knew what he wanted and went for it feet first. The passion between Mason and Karina was some of the best I’ve seen on the page in a very long time. From their very first date they were so attracted to one another they couldn’t even make it home.

That type of blind passion is what makes me swoon and fall deeper and deeper in love with romance novels everyday. The world of Laurel Springs is a special place and I can’t wait until I have my lifetime forever romance. I realize that it may not be novel worthy but Madam Briscoe’s heroes have set the bar pretty freaking high!!

Also, I absolutely adore the text messages. They are an absolute gem and a lot of these characters relationships grow over the phone because their jobs require so much of their time.

I cannot wait to continue this journey with the MTF and see what happens next !!
