Rate this book
Skylar
A single mom of twins, Skylar is a loner that has continuously suffered at the hands of those that are supposed to love and protect her. She’s always been told she’s not good enough, skinny enough, or that anyone will ever love her, so that’s what she believes. Then Cage and Joker blow into her life and shake everything up.

Cage
After losing his family at a young age, Cage has closed himself off from everyone other than the brothers in his club. Instead of trying to find a relationship, he chooses to use club girls when he needs a release. They know what to expect from him and don’t pressure him for anything more that he can’t give.

Joker
He grew up wanting to follow in his dad’s footsteps and join the Wild Kings as soon as he was old enough. He and Cage have done everything together for as long as he can remember. Where Cage is closed off, Joker is the opposite. He loves to be the center of attention and the life of the party.

Everything changes for the three when they first meet. The guys are blown away by Skylar and vow to do what they have to in order to make her theirs. Skylar isn’t looking for a relationship. Her main concern is her children, and her daughter’s health. But, she can’t resist the temptation of Cage and Joker.

Can they survive Skylar’s insecurities? Are Cage and Joker willing to stand by Skylar when her past comes back to haunt her? Is Skylar willing to put herself out there to see where a relationship with Cage and Joker will go?

This was an easy read but over the top with drama. The heroes said "baby girl" way too many times. The heroine was obsessed about her curves and needed to stand up for herself. It was monotonous the way everyone called her a whale or fat, and she just stood there. The heroes didn't have a lot of backbone in standing up to the club hangarounds. The book basically repeated itself over and over.

AWFUL

Don't waste your time on this extremely poor written book!! I only got 75% of the way through and just had to stop the torture!! The characters are so weak-ALL of them. The heroine acts like she's 14, not 22 and the mother of twins...her men are immature idiots. The author obviously didn't do ANY research about how a sexual assault kit is done-the timeline in the book makes it seem as if it was collected after she'd been in the hospital for over a month?? Like the ER wouldn't have seen bite marks on arrival?? The timeline doesn't always make sense...just reading how the heroine would speak was pitiful.
Editors and agent dropped the ball on this one-shouldn't have bothered putting it out there!! If I could have given it 1/2 a star, that's what it should have.

Skylar grew up in the shadow of her sister, the only time she felt loved was with her Grandmother. Getting pregnant and finding out the man who got her pregnant was even worse then she thought, she left and had her Grandmother by her side until she passed. Now raising twins, Skylar keeps to herself but when her car breaks down and a woman calls for her brother to help her she ends up meeting Cage and Joker.

Cage and Joker always knew they wanted to have one woman to share, they are ready to settle down and when they see Skylar they know she is the one. Now they need to convince the skittish woman she is the one for them as well her children. Can she give her heart a chance at a happily ever after?

I liked this quite a bit, Skylar is initially a bit of a mystery. She is weary but I thought the pace of this story really worked. Joker and Cage are a dynamic duo and are all in where Skylar is concerned. Another great story from this author.

Had to quit around the 40% mark. Now... I love menage books. this one just didn't do it for me at all. I wanted to smack the h. the Hs were sweet, but I didn't feel the connections- to each other and to the h.

I'm gonna start by saying for an author's first book it wasn't bad, now if she'd written a bunch of others and this was just 1 of many then I'd question some things but for a first try, I applaud her!! I found the storyline ok, was it a bit repetitive at times yes, I kinda got tired of hearing how "fat" the heroine thought she was and the derogatory names others' called her after awhile. I mean it seemed like every other page it's thrown in our face about how the heroine isn't a size 6 or even a size 12 as she said. She gets called "fat", "a whale", "a cow", she calls herself a "fat-ass" I dunno how many times. Like I said it was a bit much, I don't mind reading about heroines who aren't stick-thin however I don't like it being continually thrown in my face that she isn't. I also found the word "f*ck" thrown around alot when it wasn't needed. For instance 77% in the book Skylar says "....already has my f*cking dress off me..." now there was really no need for the f-word to be thrown in there imo. All in all as I said it was a good attempt by this author, I know there's many more books in this series so hopefully after a few books, some of the repetitiveness etc. ends. Either way I look forward to reading Bailey's book and the rest of this MC family :)

Wow!

Skylar had no idea the twists of fate that were headed her way that day! Cage and Joker are two hot, rockin', bad boy bikers. To an insecure, practically broken young woman they definitely look too good to be true. But both guys want this baby girl and they will do absolutely anything to make her theirs.
Skylar has been abused by those she should have been able to count on for far too long, it takes a lot of care and a ton of understanding for this relationship to even begin to work.
I like that this isn't an easy story. The guys help her, but Skylar has to be the one to heal herself. Their HEA has a lot of set backs, but it's so worth it in the end.

Good story!

As good the second time as the first

It's been a couple of years since I first read this book. It was the first book (but not the last) of Erin Osborne's books I read. Since then I have read many more of her MC series and they are all really good but I think that this one is my favorite.

It's everything about the book and not just one thing. It's the characters and how the develp and grow, it's the little bit of humor here and there, the intensity of storyline and the romance. Of course it's got a good amount of steam and an HEA.

I also love when there is an epilogue as it's nice to get a snapshot of the characters as time goes by,

It would have been 4 stars if the female lead wasn't so hot and cold throughout the story! It really started to get on my nerves. I do want to get the Prez story next.

This is a difficult review for me to write, but I’m writing this for the benefit of readers to not waste their money, and for the author to know this is a “cruel to be kind” situation here. Have you hired a professional editor yet? Have you found a critique group to work with yet? I truly hope so.

I am first and foremost a reader, but I’m also a writer. I’m always on the lookout for new authors and like to give them a try. However, I’m not a happy reader. I bought Skylar’s Saviors 2 months ago, May 2019. The storyline has promise. But, it was difficult to get through the book because of so many grammatical and punctuation errors. And the men’s dialog is lengthy. Men don’t talk like that in real life. They are literal creatures. Short sentences and to the point. And I also didn’t like how the heroine was constantly putting herself down. No backbone at all. I finally gave up on it.

It was evident from the first page that it had not gone through a professional editor. And as I continued reading, it became even clearer that this story hadn’t been critiqued AT ALL, only Beta Read. There is a BIG difference between critiqued and beta reading. A critique group will tell the author how it is, what doesn’t work, what is believable or not, and so on. A critique group are the people that help you and your story to evolve into a stronger story. And I’m saying this directly to the author, your beta readers didn’t do you any favors! Find a critique group, and find new beta readers. And I question you’re 4 and 5 Star Ratings . . . are they from your Beta Readers?

I finally stopped reading and checked the Acknowledgements . . . . the author admits she didn’t have a professional editor look at it. The author herself was the only one who did any edits. This is what makes Indie Authors look bad because there are many Indie Authors who do it the right way, who work with a critique group, then self-edit, then work with beta readers, then self-edit, etc. …. AND THEN you send it to a professional editor before putting a book on the market.

As I’m reading the Acknowledgements, the author has the audacity to ask her readers, WHO PAID MONEY FOR HER BOOK, to DM her if they find any errors and she’ll change them?! That’s not how it works in the writing world! And I paid money for this?! Actually, I’d like my money back, please.

And honestly, if I bought this book 2 months ago, and it has a copyright of 2015, the author has had 4 years to take this book off the market and fix these issues. Instead, she is still selling it as is.

I’m sorry, Erin, but I strongly encourage you to immediately address the issues in this book before selling anymore to readers. Readers don’t forget … first impressions and all ……..

Skylar, Cage and Joker

I really hate how Skylar's family treated her growing up and especially her mama. No excuse for her trying to starve Skylar and making her eat salads with no dressing and drinking water for crying out loud. Her mother should have been her biggest cheerleader, but apparently that role fell to her grandma and therefore when grandma passed away, she left her house, pond with a little house and area for cookouts and best of all millions of dollars. Skylar has had a very low self esteem problem since her childhood and that's quite understandable, but she was seeing a guy while in college and wound up pregnant with twins and to her and my horror, he tried to beat them from her, but thank goodness she had her precious boy Jameson and her precious daughter Reagan. It was realized early on that Reagan suffered from seizures and the doctors kept trying different medicines until they found one that worked. Skylar is an amazing mama. Her car broke down by her house while she was at her stand selling her baked goodies when Bailey stopped by and immediately called her brother Joker and wherever he is usually Cage is with him, and that's how they met their future wife and partner. Skylar started seeing a counselor to help work through some of her issues from childhood and also her self esteem issues. She thought all men wanted women that were a size 4 and she knew she never would be that and didn't think her hunky men wanted a size 12 or14, but they truly did. She also winds up pregnant with twins again and they realize that she got pregnant by Cage and Joker felt a little uncomfortable, but soon realized that he could be the next daddy and he soon was. They all make a great team and partners. Happy reading.

Somewhat spoilers but nothing major I believe, just minor information and descriptions.

I had a lot of mixed feelings about this book. I wasn’t sure if I could finish it.. and that was before page three. I really wanted to like it because I was intrigued by the plot, but to be honest it fell pretty flat for me.

Whenever things like “I’m ganna kiss you later, I bet your wet, they both wanna have sex with you” were said the lead female character was just like ... Oh, okay- kinda of attitude.

The dialogue was forced and so many writing errors. I see where the author was trying to go wit this story but it could have been so much better. There were moments I truly cringed at the poor writing or weird actions.

Combined, none of this made for a great book, but I think if its revised and edited down the line it really could be a good book.

Update... reading further another character described her as being mean when she needs to be and having a big protective streak. So far she has not even had a chance to show herself standing up to the guys (not in any significant or out there way) nor has she been protective really... she lets guy shes known for half a day walk away with her child... I'm just not seeing whats being described. I am not saying that she was a bad parent, just that she did not reflect what was said about her. Until some crazy lady has the nerve to insult her children and she finally lets it out for like a second and that really was the only example of her being like that.

Update.. 1/25

I put this book down and have not picked it up again. I think I only have 2 chapters left but I just can't get back into it. Maybe I'll try it again in a few weeks.

Skylar doesn't want much. She just wants her daughter to be well and for her son to be happy. She doesn't expect anything for herself. She is so alone and doesn't have any self esteem at all, with good reason. Her family has beaten her down so she just would rather be alone. When she meets Cage and Joker through Joker's sister Bailey, she tries to keep her distance. But the guys don't want distance, they want her and her kids to belong to them. She just can't believe they would want anything beyond a tumble in the sheets. But these guys aren't going to let the perfect woman for them slip through their fingers.

OOh my, I discovered Erin Osborne through an author takeover and I have read Skylar's Saviors twice now. Ms Osborne has a way of putting you right into Skylar's emotions, her loneliness and pain. She can't believe that two hot guys like Cage and Joker could possibly want to be with her. Her kids' father doesn't want them or her so why should they? Cage and Joker are willing to put in the work to get her to trust in them and how they feel. I really loved these characters and how we see them forge a relationship between the three of them. I cannot wait to read more from this talented lady! 4.5 stars for Skylar's Saviors!

This series is one of my favorite MC story lines because of the close-knit group of the Wild Kings as a whole, but also because these men were possessive but would give everything, including their lives, if it meant their women were safe and happy.

I absolutely loved the character growth of Skylar throughout this book. She was so self-conscious with poor self-esteem, understandably so after everything she has went through, to a woman that was strong and knew she and her children deserved unconditional love. Cage and Joker were absolutely, ugh, everything. These men were patient, kind, loving, the driving force of this family. I loved how Joker and Cage played off each other's personalities to give Skylar everything she needed and knowing when to push and when to love.

While the love story of Cage, Skylar, and Joker was so so beautiful, nothing compared to the family of the Wild Kings. I loved how they immediately accepted Skylar and her children into the fold like they were always such an amazing part.

I admit, I have never read an MC story. While I love menage romances, the MC/biker leaning was a whole new territory for me. Let me say... I'm hooked! Hoo boy. Hot men in leather, purring bikes, attitude for days.

I won this one from a book release party, and I read through it in a few hours. I had to know what happened... did others find their happy ever afters? Did rival clubs take over? What the heck is going on between some of these people!??!

I read, and read, and read. Skylar, Cage, and Joker had me smiling, laughing, and sometimes even holding back a tear or two. The author manages to make every plus size female want her own Cage and Joker. I'll take 4, please.

While there were a few typos and editing issues, you know what? The story more than makes up for it. I have a new fetish, and it's the Wild Kings.

Not a bad start

OK so I understand this is the first book by a new author and she edited it herself etc, so not going to dwell on that, but will say if this was edited professionally this book would be perfect, I will say the storyline was good, a few times I got confused as the 2 main male characters had roadnames and realnames which were used in the book, it started with a chapter by calling their road names then it would change to real names then back to road names, this book had a lot of drama in it, maybe a little too much, it made the book seem really long, but it all added to the relationship the 3 main characters had, which was actually really romantic, in a biker way, I have bought the rest of the series as I enjoyed it, if you enjoy bikers then this story could be for you.

I read an updated edited version of this (apparently the original had a lot of grammatical and spelling errors)

I enjoyed this. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was there was a few things that didn’t get explained

Damon kidnapped Skylar and was killed but no one tells Skylar even when he doesn’t show at the custody hearing

Kelsey( her sister) was given to a different MC because she told them they could have Skylar instead of the 76k Damon owed them. Didn’t her parents ask what happened to her

Chrissy a club whore tried to kidnap Skylar and get stopped and thrown in a cell in the basement of the clubhouse and that’s it. Never told what happens to her

Another issue I had is I couldn’t figure out who was Declan and who was Levi. Which one was Joker and which was Cage

I love me some Menage relationships and what a F#$k up situation is in this book but Skylar is a single of mother of twins, I fell in love with them, They're smart, cute, and adorable. The two men that fall for Skylar are Cage and Joker.. Cage is the more serious one, He didn't have anyone growing up besides Joker's family andthe Wild Kings MC.. Joker will grew wanting to his dad like a biker boy turn man wants to be. They Skylar when she is at her stand that she bakes to make money even though she doesn't need.. Her family and ex are POS really I hate them. You have to Read this book to understand what happens but you have this book to really get it cause it's just the beging of Fuck up shit that travels to the other books..

Skylar, Dec, and Levi and all the people in between make this a story that you want to continue and you can! I loved it. Took a little to get into the story and when I did, I couldn't put it down. I really wanted to know what was all going to happen.
I think the thing that intrigued me the most was all the back story, the kids and the way of life they were trying to have. It was interesting to see how everything was going to pan out and if they were really going to make it in the end.
Skylar was a little wishy washy but I got it! Sh had a horrible past and things would come up and the only way she knew how to handle it was the push away. Dec and Levi, they knew what they wanted and continued to grab for it and show Skylar that they wanted her every step of the way.
Excellent!

You know, some people shy away from the Motorcycle Clubs, they aren't all bad. I would love even just one of Cage or Joker, maybe even Grim...definitely Tank. I think Skylar was a very strong young lady, she resonated with me, I have been thru a lot of what this book describes, without the HEA or the MC. It's not an easy life to brave on your own, those who do are labeled as the Fixers, we survive because we have to, we have to be sure our child is excepted, treated properly and most definitely LOVED. And to find to men, who see the need and the pain she feels, the wish in her eyes that she tries to hide is priceless. I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I cried, laughed and held my breathe while reading. HIghly recommend this book and the rest of the series.

This book is about Skylar, a single mother of twins. I felt so bad for all the crap that life had thrown at her. I liked that Joker and Cage knew she was the one for them, but at the sametime I love the fact that Skylar didn’t fall instantly at their feet. When the guys finally caught Skylar, the chemistry between them was smoking hot!!
There was a lot of drama surrounding Skylar, with her sister, the club bunnies and wanna be girlfriends. I was so proud of her when she started standing up for herself. There were twists and turns, along with WTH moments in this book. The words flowed so smoothly that you can tell that Erin Osborne has a natural “voice” for writing.
This is my first book of Erin Osborne’s, but it won’t be the last.

This book has beautiful but sad storyline? The hurt that one person can be put through but finally overcome iis a burden that none of us wants. It takes strong people's to help a person get through their own barriers. The characters are strong and resilient, people you would love to know. Their story is a hard won fight to break down the barriers so they can be together. Although based around an MC it's not really heavily involved, it gives you the unity and backing of an MC but not all the heavier side of things so if you want to dip your toe in the water of an MC book this is a good start.

I skipped. A LOT

I don’t usually skip in a book but this time I had to. Hated Skylar, really really hated skylar and never really felt the relationship between her and the 2 men were “real” (I know it’s fiction but there HAS to be some chemistry and some talking or even a fictional ménage relationship would never work, right?) All the talk about “pulling back” and “pulling away” from the relationship just cemented the “yeah, this is BS” feeling. Wanted to love this book... really wanted to love it but it just didn’t happen.

Great MFM menage

I didn't know what to expect going into Skylar's Saviors as this is the first Erin Osborne book I've read. Have to say, it was so good and surprised me more than once.
Only complaint I had was that I had no idea there was another book at the end of Skylar's Saviors, and looking at the pages read percentage I was thinking I still had a lot to read of Skylar and the guys. Great menage read though.

Skylar's Saviors is such a good story. Cage aka Dec, Joker aka Levi our the male leads and they do not disappoint. I love how the author put real insecurities woman go though in Skylar's struggles and it was beautiful watching this character get stronger and happy in her own skin as the story progressed. Cage and Levi are book boyfriends and they will melt your heart. Happy Reading 📚📚

Ready to read more...

This book has been on my TBR list for sooo long and now really regret not reading it before now. I loved the easy acceptance of the menage reationship from those in the club. I loved how the club just wrapped Skylar up in their family when she really has not had that much in her life. I love the guys with her and her kids. I am looking forward to reading more of this series.

I tried. I put it down and went back later to try again. I just could not finish. The characters were blah. Baby girl was used way to many times. The insta-know that she's THE ONE they are going to claim but know not the first thing about her, the father of her kids (if he's in their lives or not). The constant derogatory comments about her size which was actually average got on my nerves.
Not a back bone in the bunch.

Perfect read for a Sunday

Skylar's saviors was the first book I have read by Erin Osborne, what a nice surprice, the story just sucked me in, wishing I had more time to read as I didn't want to put it down to make dinner. Thank you Erin Osborne for introducing us to Skylar, Dec, Levi, the kids & the rest of their MC family, I can't wait to start reading the next book and get to know them better. Ps beauty comes in all shapes, ages & genders .

I have to say this was a great book to start of this Wild King's MC series. Skylar is damaged but doesn't admit defeat. I loved how hard she struggled to believe Cage and Joker could want her and love her forever. Add in a little danger, a crappy family, a new family who has your back and then some angst between Bailey and Grim. It set the tone for the series. I'm going to read the others. Not to mention the steamy love scenes between the 3 of them.

I really loved the idea (star added for that) for this book but execution not so much... even though I'm not a native I could see it wasn't well written... it felt immature and shallow with all skipped stories and incosistencies... the idea had so much potential and I felt so dissapointed... I really liked the Heroes so that's my third added star... other than that it is just lost opportunity for great story :/
