Good looks don’t last forever they fade with time, as well as modelling jobs. Know that Nate’s fun time in the sun has come to an end, he has decided too go back to school. But there is a problem..... he needs money, So he can pay for his very last semester.. so what's a guy too do other than getting naked for what he needs.

See Nate Dallas had his adventure and four month modelling contract he was able too go on an adventure around the world and meet people, But in doing this he lost something very important, and he was just too young to realize what an utter idiot he was to leave his Blue-eyed Betty. especially after they had one night of passion... but foolishly he let her love letters fade away in the depths of his pocket instead of fighting for them and getting back home.

Betty Townsend could never forget about Nate. After all he was her first in many things as well as how romantic he was he use too send her the world in envelopes all filled with love sea shells and sand. She has seen stars when he had kissed the young her under a spotlight on the stage where even though there was an audience it didn't feel like it. Betty heart broke when he didn't come back to her.

But things have changed now and he is knocking on her door even though Nate doesn't no it, big wrench in his hand, she is in shock she just can’t believe that her first love is the very one her friend has hired to fix the sink.

Soon as Nate recognizes her, the whole stripping gig is just out of the question. So is him leaving her. He just cannot throw away this second chance at love.

The sheer heat and passion between them is explosive and simply undeniable, but Betty is in for a she finds out her first love is covered in body glitter all the way down to his tiny g-string.

will they stand any chance at all of reuniting there love that just never really fizzled out? Or will fate just make fools out of them once again?

This was my first ever Roxy Mews Book and I can tell you it wont be the last one, Miss Mews is a witty and talented writer with allot too give to her readers.

This book is jam packed full of fun romance and wit that will leave you longing for more, the characters all stand out in different but brilliant ways that will leave you smiling everyone of them has something special too give us. Mind you at times I will say Betty annoyed me that I wanted too shake her and tell her stop being so silly this hunka hunka love is the one and you no it, But this is what makes the book so brilliant.

BOTTLED UP is a sexy little contemporary romance about second chance love and an April Fool's joke gone wrong. I laughed, rolled my eyes, and sighed a little in this one. All in all it was a fun way to spend a Saturday evening.

So, this story about Betty and Nate actually started in high school. She was the drama geek and he was the hot jock, but they ended up falling for each other while working on the senior play together. His on-the-side modeling career took him to the other side of the world after their one and only night together and things fell apart for them. They lost touch, but Betty never forgot him.

Betty's roommate decides to play a trick on her for April Fool's about 10 years after the last time Betty saw Nate, and hires a stripper pretending to be a plumber to "unclog her drain"--there is an actual clog drain but that's part of the ruse. What Betty and her roommate, Ang don't know is that the stripper is none other than a down-on-his-luck Nate, and the fun ensues from there.

I thought that while the story was a little implausible it was utterly adorable. I'm a sucker for second chance romance, so that was why I was initially drawn to this one. The characters each had their flaws, but they were both relatable and easy to like.

This was a short novella, only about 80 pages, so there wasn't huge character development or deep story lines, but I thought the author did a great job of bring the story to life in such a short amount of time. There was a perfect blend of dialogue and sexy times too which made the story a lot more enjoyable.

So, this one was a definitely a hit for me. I wish it had been longer, and that is really my only complaint. I also hope I get a chance to see some of these characters again. Especially the roommate, Ang. She kind of made the whole thing happen between Nate and Betty, but I'd like to see a prank played on her too!

This is one absolutely funny second chance romance.

Nate was an absolute delight and Betty was great. I wish these two would have communicated a little more, it would have avoided a misunderstanding or two.
