Well... i wasn't expecting it to be so hot!!!

I have read other stories by this author and there is always a bit of the naughty in them but wowzers this one?? OMG he's a beast!!! lol

This is the start of a new series and I'm looking forward to the rest. This is Logan's story. The beginning kinda of guts you. His wife passes away whilst he is on tour with Special ops. This absolutely guts Logan she's basically all he had in life. She was his life! While dealing with this Logan stumbles across something he would never have thought would be true and it absolutely breaks him. The rest of the story follows his struggles to recover from this life changing event. In enters Miranda. She's assigned to him when his Commander see's he's not coping with what happened to his wife and his past in special ops. Miranda is a therapist with her own troubled past but she worked her way through it and now she wants to help Logan. Unfortunately Logan is very resistant of a therapist and does everything he can to shy away from her methods choosing instead to sleep his way through every woman he meets for one night only just to take the edge off his pain. The story goes from here.

I loved the story line Logan is a very emotionally cut off guy. There were times i wanted to get in the book and shake him out of it!! Luckily Miranda got right under his skin and pulled him out of it! The end brings a massive awwwwwww on from you an a "at last" lol The love scenes were off the charts hot and and very enjoyable!!

The story flowed well and dealt with some difficult subjects which were handled amazingly. I'm now eagerly awaiting Brody's story!!

I would recommend this book to anyone. Amazing read i love a military man!!!

I loved this book. This is the 1st military based book I've read and it did not disappoint. To have something so tragic happen to you while you're fighting for your country is bad enough, but then to find out about being betrayed on top of that? My heart broke for him and I found myself rooting for him to get through it. Don't miss out on this one!

Delta Force by Julie Morgan

5*****

I really am Raving about this book. This was one of the best Military books I've ever read and I read a ton of them. Don't want to go in to to much as you need to experience it as it's intended to be read.

There is a Smoaking group of Special Ops soldiers and the first stop is Logan Sanders. He has been through Hell and refuses to talk about it. So he predicates with lots of Liquor and Hot Women.

In walks the person that will make him talk and want just one woman.

You are going to go through every emotion in the books with Tears and anger being very strong. Julie Morgan your best book ever. I am so ready for book 2 Please HURRY I need to.read about the meteOrite

Delta Force a great first book.

Byvickie chaissonon October 2, 2016

Julie Morgan' s Delta Force takes you on a journey into the mind of a soldier suffering from PTSD. She has taken a very serious subject and treated it with the respect it deserves. This book is an emotional rollercoaster ride that keeps on getting better from page to page.

The story includes cheating spouses, long deployments, and the horrors of war and how hard it is to return to a normal life once a soldier returns home. I was amazed at how well this story flows from one subject to the next and how she kept us guessing what was going to happen next. You will go from happiness to anger, extreme stress and purely pissed off from one page to the next. Logan is an extremely angry soldier bent on self destruction when his wife is killed in an automobile accident. The grief he originally felt turned to pure rage when he realizes she was having an affair and her lover died with her. His self destructive acts place in in counseling and he learns how to deal with his issues.

You will get angry with him and at him because his PTSD Is not sugar coated and all is not happiness and light as the story progresses. But I will guarantee you won't be able to put it down. I read this in one sitting and totally enjoyed this book. If you like military alphas you have one in Logan. This HEA ending is worth the wait because he had to work hard to get it. Well done...well done

First, I have never read a book written by Julie Morgan. But she has earned a lifetime reader out of me. What a story! What a HOT, HOT, HOT Story! Logan will make your mouth water and your panties wet. Yes he is fictional, but damn it he should be real. After getting word about his wife passing away from an accident and leaving the war he was fighting in Iraq to bury her, his world became a chaos of sex, booze and more sex. The kind of man whoring events form hump then dump, to three’s not a crowd. His destructive behavior was out of control, so out of control he landed himself in jail until his sergeant could reprimand him for his actions. Being told he has no other choice then to attend group therapy or go to jail. He opts for his freedom, but not without resistance. Miranda, has fought to be at the top of her counseling game. She knows not to engage with patients outside of their therapy needs. After all she has a job to do, and it’s a job she does well. After therapy is over and Logan is no longer enforced to attend his sessions, he can’t get Miranda out of his head. Does Logan wine and dine Miranda? Does he make her another one night stand? Better yet does Miranda let him in and “woo” her? Pick up your copy of Delta Force to find out. I promise you’ll love this emotional and sexual book, Logan seems like a Delta to be Forced with.

Wow... I believe this is now my favorite Julie Morgan book. Logan, is deployed and goes through hell. He talks to his wife after a bad event, later that night he is woken up with news that his wife was killed in an accident. He soon discovers that his wife was having an affair. This results in his self destructive behavior of booze and women, and more booze and more women. Does not matter who, when or where. This behavior lands him in jail. In order for charges to be dropped and him to keep his job he must go to counseling. Miranda is determined to bring Logan back to the living without falling for him.

Be sure to have tissue handy. I cried when his wife died, got angry with her for the affair, then wanted to slap some sense into Logan at times. I could not and did not put this book down. Was hooked from the very beginning. I loved the story, the events, and the HEA. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

If you love a good military story then this is your book! Logan is on deployment while his wife whom he loves dearly is at home. He decides to call her one day when he had some time to talk, then soon after he gets word that she had died in a car accident. When Logan returns to the states, his entire world has turned upside down. He's drinking all the time and really just self sabotaging himself until he meets Miranda. He get's assigned to see Miranda a local therapist to work through his issues or he gets kicked out of the military. Logan doesn't believe he needs the therapist. Will Miranda be able to get through to him or will Logan make it a joke and try and get her as another one of his many women that he's been sleeping with? This story will give you lots of emotions. Can't wait to read the next book in this series!

I really enjoyed this book! As a wife of a Marine, I love a great romance story intertwined with military life. Logan is a tough as nails soldier. This story focuses on the vast array of emotions Logan experiences including death, betrayal, anger, hope, and love. Logan tries his own coping mechanisms, however they don't work. Forced with loosing his career, Logan goes to counseling. He is not receptive to Miranda or her style of therapy but as the story develops they build a relationship. I don't want to say too much. (No spoilers) The story is very well written and touches on subjects that unfortunately do occur in reality. This was my very first time reading a book buy this author thanks to an ARC. I look forward to future books!

Wow, just wow! This book is more than just a romance, the author brings to light some of the things that not only our Military personal go through but what their spouses may go through also.
Logan is off serving in the war when he gets the tragic news that his wife has passed away. Miranda is a counselor who is trying to help Logan deal with his grief and anger. The beginning is a tearjerker, but that doesn't before things start to heat up with Logan.

This is not a quick read. If you are looking for a quick fun read, move on.

This was not a bad book, it had some really great scenes. There was just a lot of repetition. I do believe that points were made early and a few parts could have been streamlined.

Overall, not a bad book, but I will not add this to my "must read again" or "must share with all my friends" lists.

Logan is a beast!

I loved this book! Julie Morgan gave us something totally different and she knocked it out of the park. This book dealt with some heavy issues and a soldier with a hair trigger on his emotions. Julie tackled all this with angst, humor and some serious sheet action. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!

Wow, I love this book, it is dealing with PTSD. While being sent home from deploy after hearing his wife died there is more happening and Logan spirals out of control. This book is vividly written and the characters are wonderful. I had sympathy for him and I cursed him a few times so my emotions were out there. I am definitely reading more books of Julie.

Forgive yourself and welcome love back into your life...

Logan Saunders Special Ops soldier loves his job and women. He has seen the horrors of war that cannot be unseen. The only thing that kept him going while overseas, was knowing he had a wife waiting at home for him. His world came to an abrupt stop when he gets the news his wife was in a tragic accident. On top of this news, he finds out she was involved with another man while he was away fighting the fight.

He started going through women and booze to dull the pain. It ended up getting him in trouble and he was ordered to go into therapy. He despised sharing his feelings, but the bright spot was his therapist. He was attracted to her but knew she was off limits. It was obvious Julie Morgan wrote this story with passion and emotion for the men and women with PTSD. I found myself routing for Logan and hoping he could heal and move forward in his life for the future.

Very interesting

The storyline for this book was a great idea. So many people don't realize what a soldier goes thru while he is away from home, let alone what their spouse goes thru. Having to deal with two types of traumatic events so close together can take it till on everyone.

Logan did not do well handling his PTSD, and at first reading it I felt like he was just a man whore and there was no story going on. Just a man and his sex.

Once Miranda came into the picture I was able to get a picture of a story being told and I loved their connection. I loved the perfect ending.

Until Next Time... Tabi

I can't believe I'm only giving a 2.5 star but I just didn't feel this story. While the idea and the story itself is good, I really hate the 'hero'. I get that he's 'damaged' and all, but really he's a freaking douche. He's all about wallowing in his 'whore' wife and yet he treats every other woman he comes in contact with like a 'whore' as well. He's just so dislikable to me that he kinda brought down the whole story. But each to their own - there's plenty who'll enjoy for the ass that he is.

I loved this one. This is a well written story and it has amazing characters. I enjoyed this story. I don't do spoilers but I will tell you that it takes a while for the main characters to get together in the bedroom. I am looking forward to reading the other books in this series, the secondary characters have to have their own stories. I will encourage you to get this one. This isn't a quick easy read so give yourself time for this one.

I was hooked from the beginning of the book. Logan was living his best life until tragedy strikes. He's sent back home and went on a downward spiral until he meets Hannah. There was am immediate connection between them and I was excited to see Logan heal from the pain. It is on the verge of 5 stars but more than 1/2 the book was filled with his escapades not the courtship of Hannah.
The ending was sweet and had me tearing up. I wish there was !ore of that thou in the book

Hot Special Ops Soldier

Alpha male? Yum. Forbidden romance? Absolutely. Miranda and Logan share therapy sessions after he's ordered to receive help. Miranda wants to be Logan's person, but he's got a stubborn streak a mile long.

Easy read, and quite hot.

Logan's journey is just beginning...

when he thinks everything is ending. Can Miranda actually help someone who claims nothing is wrong? How much can one person deal with before it's too much???
Happy reading : )

'Delta Force (Special Ops Series)' was an interesting read. I rounded up to a four star rating due to the repetitive facts or details that could have been omitted. I enjoyed the storyline as a whole, and the way it played out was more on the erotic side vs the thriller, action side. The characters were well developed and quite a few were exceptional. Logan struck me as an arrogant, stubborn and smart-ass attitude type. I understand that it kind of goes hand in hand with any specially trained soldier. They have to have a no bull-shit type of attitude. My problem with Logan was the way he treated women. Sure, he was blindsided with the way his wife betrayed him, but he seemed to take that betrayal attitude with every woman he bedded. I did like his bluntness, but he could have been a little more tactful when it came to his attitude of hit it and quit it. Miranda was quite the spitfire. She definitely made an impact on Logan and his destructive behavior. He did evolve into a better version of himself after Miranda got through to him. A good add to your tbr list.

I must admit that this is the first military related book I have had the privilege to read . Let me introduce you to Logan a special ops soldier . He has it all a great job he loves and a wife at home waiting for him . Until the day he looses it all in an instant when his wife dies in an accident . Now he is a changed man , partying till all hours , using women and training missions with his unit . He is slowly killing himself until the day the military step in and send him to a therapist . Will she be able to bring him back to the man he was before he implodes . Will he ever be able to forgive himself and forgive his dead wife .

Logan is your typical alpha male , he oozes sex when he walks into a room . But man he is also going through hell and doesn't want any help. Trust me you will want to climb him like a spider monkey but then there are moments that you want to slap him hard . Then as you continue to read you start hoping that he will pull through and get the love that he wants and needs . Miranda is a strong woman that will not take any shit that Logan throws at her . As his therapist you see her be hard and making him do things he doesn't want to do . They are like fire and ice when they are together . These characters are very well developed and very enjoyable to read

I truly liked this story, knowing people in the military and what can happen when one person is deployed for long periods of time . The author did a pretty good job in keeping the story as true as possible . The characters are well developed and you really start to care for them . This was a quick read for me and I read it in an evening . I am going to look into more books from this author . She is new to me and I truly enjoyed Ms Morgan's writing style, it is emotional and you will want to have a box of tissues handy , you will need it .
