I would rate this book five stars for a wide kid audience and three for adults. So my overall rating is four stars. For some strange reason, children love books about gross things. This book features a cartoon character named Sue who does everything possible to avoid stepping in poo. She travels around the world but still can't avoid it. Sue finds poo in the meadows, from horses, in caves, and even from houses made of elephant dung.

The illustrations are clever and humorous. This book is just the thing for elementary and middle-school readers to read together in a group or at a party.
