The photos are beautiful and make the book look like a work of art, but this book could be more properly titled Perfectly Expensive Paleo. The ingredients are, in most cases, far beyond the norm of even the already higher priced food in Paleo recipe books. Many of the ingredients would be very hard to find outside of a large city center. These are fairly complicated recipes, so if you are looking for fast or simple this is not the book for you. If you have the time for long recipes, they do look delicious. It was obvious that a lot of time and effort went into perfecting these recipes. Of the rarer ingredients I could get hold of, the recipes I made tasted great, but because of the time consuming nature of them I won't make again. Again, another recipe book with extraordinarily small print.

Beautiful pictures and illustrations! Most recipes were quite advanced and required expensive ingredients, which is a turn off for me. Also very meat focused (as I guess is normal in paleo diets). If you’re already paleo and have experience cooking, this is the cookbook for you!
