I loved this little book that packs a ton of great advice into a small amount of text. From this I created a list of "life sentences" to add to my life plan under "vocation" where it will be reviewed nearly every day. Best tip? Act like you're a new employee every day: make a habit of asking why, understand how your job adds value for customers, figure out what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done anymore, when I don't know say so. I have about twenty bullets like that. Great stuff.

This is a quick read that is a great reminder to accept the new workplace. Not just accept it but embrace it. A quick read that outlines 15 rules to help you along the path to success. I can imagine picking this up to reread and savor one rule at a time.
