Marie Kondo is a life changer who has devoted 80% of her life to the study of tidying as well as teaching it. Although people may be skeptical as to why a person would spend her life on such a subject, Kondo has developed a fool-proof method.

The Secret to Success is to discard the things you don’t need, then organize as you go. Now that may seem simple, but it is easier said than done, and this is what Kondo has come to realize through her own experiences.

This is not just a book about keeping your home clean. Kondo not only provides you the path to a well-kept environment, but her method also allows you to change your lifestyle and your perspective for the better. She has deducted that when you put your house in order, you put your affairs and your past in order, too. It is a guide book to help you acquire the right mindset to be a tidy person. According to Kondo, success is 90% dependent on mindset, and we all want to be successful.

Easy to read but spared a few important details

A very good synopsis, but it left you with a tease as to a "special" and "unique" way to handle sock storage only revealed in the full book version, as an example. The major themes are repeated in almost every chapter.

Ok

Just a general overview but not really any solid thoughts of how it was negative or positive in their own life
