Hirohiko Araki ( 荒木飛呂彦) is a Japanese manga artist. He left school before graduation from Miyagi University of Education.

He enjoys the baseball manga Kyojin No Hoshii (Star of the Giants); the video games Mario Kart and Bomberman; and likes Prince and other African-American singers, as well as jazz, rock, and rap.

He is a recipient the Tezuka Award for manga.

KIRA. JOSEFUMI. YOU MOVE THIS. this is the backstory i have been waiting for and it did NOT disappoint. there are still so many questions that i have about the fruit and the rock people, but finally able to see how we got josuke and who kira and josefumi were. good kira... i will miss you. you were hot and cool and it was so fun to see killer queen once again. Todo el desarrollo de Kira y Josefumi es extraordinario, tanto por lo que quiere transmitir por ambos lados, con sus poderes stands como también con la vida que tuvo cada uno. Es increíble pensar en este mundo alterno que estos dos personajes fueran tan amigos, incluso uno dando su vida por el otro. Me ha sorprendido gratamente todo lo que brindaron, porque la dinámica entre los dos (como ya lo había mencionado en la reseña anterior) es buenísima, y me encanta como ambos van dándonos argumentos para querer más al relación entre ellos. El pasado de Josefumi, donde nos dan a entender que estuvo muerto por unos minutos, y fue Kira quién entro al cuerpo de este pequeño gracias a su Stand y lo salvó, hace increíble todo. Volver al presente tampoco fue desagradable, porque después de saber todo lo que ocurrió, lo única que quería era que terminaran de liquidar a Tamaki, tanto por la presencia desagradable que transmitía, como también por lo que le hizo a este dúo dinámico en el pasado.

Una de las cosas que Jojolion ha ido diluyendo, y me disgusta un poco es la relación de Josuke y Yasuho, la cual era muy entretenida al inicio, y Jojos pocas veces se vio una romcom, por lo que daba un aire fresco, pero poco a poco se fue dejando en segundo plano. Veremos como van dándose las cosas, pero creo que iremos viendo otro tipo de historias, y no la de estos dos.

A rischio di esagerare, dico che i flashback dedicati a Yoshikage e Josefumi sono i più belli fra tutti quelli che abbia mai letto in un manga di Jojo. Mi piace il loro rapporto e c'è qualcosa di dannatamente tragico nel modo improvviso e violento in cui viene spezzato e poi ricomposto in una fusione che crea un nuovo essere, che tecnicamente sembra essere il loro figlio appena venuto al mondo (e quindi privo di memoria).

E poi adoro Kato, la sua reazione esasperata e senza rimorsi quando decide di far fuori Tamo, perché le ha mentito e ha messo in pericolo la sua famiglia. Questa rilettura mi sta facendo apprezzare molto di più i membri della famiglia Higashikata e ne sono contenta.

Crazy to think I'm already about halfway done with this Part. Honestly, I'm enjoying this more than "Steel Ball Run." Deal with it.

Kinda surprising that the Damo encounter seems to be the longest battle so far. Two volumes for it, and he may not yet be confirmed dead by the end of this one.

It's cool to see quite a bit of flashback with Yoshikage and Josefumi, especially since it builds on the A. Phex twins a tiny bit. That is, they lost so easily in their actual arc, so seeing them with the other Rock Humans makes them feel a bit more "important." Marginally so, but still.

Hato walking up the wall at the end is the most Boss Bitch move in the manga so far.

Más del pasado de Kira y Josefumi, nos pone mucho en contexto de lo que pasa en la actualidad, y ahora sabemos como es que se formo Josuke.

Sinceramente en un punto Hato me desesperó, pero me gustó como remontó la conciencia en la última parte.

Espero más de ella en el siguiente volumen.
