Quotes
In short, Carroll became a sort of lesser English equivalent of Leonardo da Vinci. (10)

Alice was the work of a mathematician and logician who wrote as both a humorist and as a limerist. (17)

For Alice (a well-trained child), no matter how impolite an adult is, an adult must be minded and must be feared. (37)

A good case here can be made that part of her objection to "growing up" is based on her fear of losing her identity. (43)

I borrowed this from my local library. ISBN10 0-8220-0140-3

There are many books published with this title (or Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass or just Through the Looking Glass.) The books vary almost entirely by who did the artwork.

Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorites and that is why I have been getting so many versions of this book.
