This is the 3rd book of the House of 100 Stories series written and illustrated by Japanese interactive media and installation artist Toshio Iwai (1962).

We borrowed this from the local library. It is a fascinating book with 10 sets of beautiful illustration (each set spanning two pages). You can read it as a counting book or do a look and find, or just observe the countless activities of the many sea creatures featured in the pictures. It kept us busy for hours. I'm sure if we owned this book it will be read again and again, and each time we'll discover something new in the pages.
