Was expecting a bit more....

I hoped for something more exciting beside listing fee meetings, a scrum master handles different kinds of situations everyday such as problems between team members, issues during planning, technical challengers as CI/CD, problems with the system when HR awards individual performance over team contibutions . However the chapter of the 10 traits is useful and summarizes the 10 most important qualities as SM

Background: A recent ScrumMaster workshop attendee showed me a copy and asked for my feedback.

My answer - superficial. Misses most of the depth the role of ScrumMaster. Look else where for a deeper look at the role. Many people have blogs with more depth than this.
