Layne Staley: Get Born Again

Rate this book
“Layne Get Born Again” is a revival of the acclaimed “Angry Chair” book. It has been revised and updated with the inclusion of two new chapters. The covers, front and back, are new. More pictures and artworks have been added to this title in which the Author transcribed, in full version, Layne Staley’s last interview revealing the harsh truth behind heroin addiction, the reality of his family and his feelings about it. It is also revealed why the singer’s mother withdrew support to the “Angry Chair” book back in January 2003. Layne Staley died in April 2002. He was once on top of the music world as the lead singer for “Alice in Chains” & “Mad Season”. “Layne Get Born Again” is filled with exclusive interviews to his mother, Nancy, his sister, Liz and Layne himself…as he broke his five-year public silence just months before his death. The book counts with pictures from Layne’s childhood, drawings, poetry and a lot more! A Must Read…!

I would give this attention-seeking scam of a book a negative rating if that were possible. Do not waste your time on this one. Aside from some of Layne's original drawings and photographs you could easily find on Google it has nothing to offer but lies. The alleged last interview with Layne is littered with actual lines from his lyrics, and anyone who has a mere basic understanding of his stance on journalists, interviews, and the media would know better than to fall for any of this manufactured bullshit.
