A short novella for the reader to be interested in the plot till all is revealed in the last book of the trilogy. The book itself is an interesting innovation, released in installments free for readers of the Quest club. The e book is still free. However Christopher obliged his fans with a print version as well. The novella is actually a short bridge between the second and the third book and keeps the plot going.

Plot
Like the disclaimer said in the beginning of this mini book, it was a short read with only introducing the link between The Mahabharata Quest: The Alexander Secret and the major book after that The Secret of the Druids. The plot pretty much gave a quick recap of what happened previously, the current scene, and set the foundation of the next book with a "there is a mystery coming, you don't want to miss it." Divided in short 6 parts, I "chugged" the contents of this mini sequel in about half an hour.

Writing Style
Consistent with his previous books, and leaves obvious indications that "there is a mystery coming, you don't want to miss it."

Characters
The mysterious caller was introduced, but only briefly (not just because the book is short, but in general), and the author decided to save bits and pieces of information for his next novel, I'm guessing. Needless to say, the mysterious caller remained to be a mystery to me, and I guess we'll know more about him in The Secret of the Druids.

Overall
It's a book that links two books. So, I guess it's a "must-read," but you can otherwise get to read the whole thing online on the author's website if you aren't a big fan of paper and ink!

Made no sense to me at all. He just randomly flies here and there and there’s a prism out of nowhere and he has a meeting scheduled 6 months from now because that person wanted to “prepare” ??

Disappointed, ...why was this 80 page mini sequel needed at all...why could'nt it be the part of the Mahabharat Quest or the Book 2 i.e the Secret of the druids. It was truly irritating to know that the mystery is not ending here. Itching to read the sequel, though. The mystery and the story line is quite interesting.

This book is supposed to connect dots from Alexander's Secret to Secret of the Druids; the former had had Radha shot and her body vanish, which briefly appeared at the beginning of the latter. But the expected connection wasn't here. Instead, the prism surfaced. British museum, chase by bad guys, task force escapes by changing tube in central London several times, ...

Small book, not as good as it's sequel, nor as bad as the previous. What exactly is the secret revealed here, unless it's that Harry was told everything?

This mini sequel was a great idea by the author to keep his readers hooked on to the series. This 80 paged sequel has been successful in maintaining the vehemence and fabricating the plot in the utmost interesting way. There are twists and turns with unexpected sequence of incidents. This book sure doesn't answer all the questions nor does it reveal any secret but gives a head start of what to expect in the next book "The secret of the Druids".

First of all, I really liked the concept. This was a free mini-series that gives some clues to the next book and it was very much in continuation from the last book.
This small book was a bridge for the two books and was launched specifically to maintain the interest. I feel it succeeds in its task. The writing was simple as was in the last book.

The short novel was a nice idea to keep the readers hooked onto the mystery before the third book was released. With each chapter released once a month, the manga like installments are a great way to keep us engaged. Read the free e-book on the author's website instead of purchasing a paperback version.

This Book didn't Answer any questions properly
It only narrates what extra information Vijay comes to know & possess from his father's friend

Still the questions remain

Too much of suspense kills interest at times

A sequel to the Alexander Quest, this book though matches the intensity of it's previous book, is very short for reading. Vijay's mysterious caller and a basic plot line for the future instalments are bordered out. So one really can't overlook it.

Very interesting keeps you on your toes. Can't keep the book till you complete it. Interesting and nerve wracking. I would rate the author ten on ten.

A very short read that sort of links the two books in the series. Certainly piques the interest quotient for the second book.

Good

Short link for first and second part. Worth reading about before starting second book. Better to buy it as kindle version. 🙏

Not enough thrill added in this part, it feels like a filler tour but enough entertainment for readers.

This is slated to be a sequel of the Part one . suspense maintains through out the novella. A short read but to me more a marketing gimmick. It could have been on the second part easily. But this part is necessary to read. There is not much to offer in these version.

Gripping & Lucid Mini Sequel

So finally after more than a year, C.C.D had secretly launched a mini-sequel to the Alexander Secret under the title ' A Secret Revealed '.Albeit this book was already published online in six parts;one part every month starting October 2015 and the Paperback was specially launched for the folks who aren't game with epubs ( Like Me).
A Secret Revealed picked up the strings from where the author had left The Alexander Secret, a cliff-hanger & consternating moment that was, in which Vijay received a call from someone claimed to be his deceased father's friend & tipped to meet him at Starbucks in Cyber Hub, Gurgaon but after 6 months . And thankfully with lucid writing, the mini sequel revealed the secret , as its title said, about the mysterious caller but again, left the readers on the edge thinking about the secret that leads Vijay to a new mystery that will unfold in 2016 .
Hang on....... what about Radha ? Is she alive or dead ? And what's the new mystery ? To get all these answers , buckle up for the Book 2 of the Mahabharata Quest Series : The Secret Of The Druids which is all set to release in May 2016.

Just finished reading “A Secret Revealed” by Christopher C Doyle

It’s a short book but well connecting as a link between the #1 The Mahabharata Quest and the #2 The Secret of the Druid [I’ll be starting shortly]. Before releasing this as a book, chapter a month is released by Doyle for his readers to keep up the story going from #1- I’m thankful that I didn’t know it before else I end up checking the website every minute. At end of #1 there are many open end questions, Vijay didn’t know where to start and how! This book gives a quick start before jumping into the #2. I don’t want to reveal too much of the secret but it’s a good read to keep the story ON. Though it’s a short book Doyle didn’t compromise on his style or on the story, it still makes a page turner. I totally agree that Christopher C. Doyle is an author who transports the reader into a fascinating world where ancient secrets buried in legends blend...

I can’t wait to start “The Secret of the Druid”

Happy Reading!!!

A very brief continuation of The Alexander Secret taking the set of action from Indian Subcontinent and Greece to UK.
6 month is over and the meeting happens.
Linking the death of Vijay's parents,a new artifact from antiquity was unearthed and handed over to him with partial inscriptions and probably holds new much deeper and older secrets and all seems connected.

A very short and simple read before starting the next part of the Mahabharata Quest Series.
