Common-sensical guide to sports conditioning for all ages and abilities. Great exercise ideas, especially for indoor training! Found this in a second-hand bookstore in Bucharest, totally worth it!

This is an awesome book. They have exercises for all lifestyles and enviroments. If you are struggling with finding a workout routine, this book is for you!
