Rhythm: A Step by Step Guide to Understanding Rhythm for Guitar

Rate this book
(Music Sales America). Rhythm is devised to bridge the gap between tablature and standard notation by concentrating on providing a basic understanding of rhythm, both conceptually and from a notational point of view. Hypothetically, anyone who works through this book could buy any other book for the guitar and be able to play music. The accompanying one-hour CD contains audio examples of the lessons in the book, with the answers to the assignments set to test your progress.

The first two thirds are solid and extremely helpful for guitarists who do no read music. The last third is filler, but book is still highly recommended.
