A Helping Hand

Rate this book
Louise, or Lou, is a hard-scrabble farmer who runs her own farm, and her personal life, in a tight and efficient manner. She has accepted the fact that she will never have a husband to help her run the farm, despite various busybodies in town trying to provide her with one anyway. The only man she likes is her hired hand Tom, but he’s married—and besides, she feels nothing for him but professional respect anyway.

It isn’t until Jen, an abused woman on the run, shows up at her doorstep in the middle of the night, that Lou realizes why she had so completely given up on a husband: because she really should have been looking for a wife.

After working together on the farm, Lou and Jen find themselves increasingly close—but Jen’s husband is also close, and closing in on her.

Contains sexual themes and language. Intended for mature readers.

BONUS: Full-length 8,000 plus word lesbian romance following "A Helping Hand". Enjoy!

This is the First time I’ve read a Felicia Strobe

And I think I will be reading more from this from this author. This book has 2 different stories in it. The stories were totally different and kept one interest. They were sensual and believable . I’d highly recommend you check out Miss Strobe’s work I don’t think you’ll be disappointed
