Annie and Chris were so hot together. Two normally no nonsense business people got caught up in each other and threw caution to the wind. A beautiful sexy night on the beach. Annie was a successful wedding planner who never mixed business with pleasure until she met sexy LA chef Chris and then the temptation was too great. Has she messed up? No spoiler from me, but there's a happy ending. I received a copy of this book as a thank you for signing up for a newsletter and voluntarily chose to review it.

This book was sent to me by the author, but she did not request a review. That being said, I LOVED this novella.

I am a die-hard historical romance fan, and so when the author found out I had never read a contemporary, she decided to tempt me with a shorter novella. Tempt this novella did, and I enjoyed every second of it.

If you're looking for a simple, no fuss romance to take with you to the beach, this book is it. Or if you want a beach escape during the colder months, this is also it. I couldn't recommend this author higher -- trust me when I say there will be great things coming from her.

A short sweet novella. I liked both Annie and Chris and I'm happy that he was the one to get her out if her rigid routine. Even her staff thought she was a robot but the way she was, is down to her father and how he turned out! She was afraid to turn out just like him.
Chris came in and sweept her off her feet but there were terrible consequences to their relationship.
Sweet read and quick and easy. Really enjoyed it!
