Heart poundingly brilliant boxset!
Each book, within the series, portrays rich characters interwoven into a tapestry of heightened emotion, sizzling chemistry (not to mention tingling passion), fiery and witty banter and touching romance. The three well written, compelling and entincing plots are further entwined with some heart poundingly brilliant action sequences and shuddering near misses. Want's not to love!!
A fiery whirlwind of pure delight on every level; Campbell is a genius of storytelling and historical romance. Deirdre & Pagan, Helena & Colin, Miriel & Rand are all well matched soul mates where each tale is more captivating and thrilling than the last.
A scrumptious treat made up of three delectable parts where each is packed with adventure, deep love, compassion, misunderstanding, turmoil and emotional & physical sparring. A series that will stay with you long after the last page is turned.

A dynamic trio of incredible maidens.
This packing to move has been interrupting my reading of this bundle. But I prevailed!!! And boy did I enjoy this bundle. The "fair" maidens of Rivenloch are not only feisty , beautiful and capable to run Rivenloch, they are a trio not to be misjudged or willing to conform to the idea of being meek, docile and mild. Unwilling to bend to the men in their lives they are an inspiration to women of all eras. Looking forward to many more enjoyable stories by Glynnis.

Great book full of action and adventure. This is 3 books in one about the 3 daughters of a Scottish laird who have been taught to defend themselves since they were young. Their determination that they don't need a man to take care of them leads them into amusing and dangerous situations with great outcomes that make you want to keep reading. I loved having the whole series in one book.

I enjoyed this set very much. I love how well the author can create strong female characters and men who are ideal for them. I just loved Deidre, Helena & Miriel, though I think Miriel's story was my favorite. The men each woman weds, (Pagan, Colin & Rand respectively), are very well suited to them. I definitely recommend this set & this author!

Strong women characters. Different story lines. Different characters all likable. Deidre was the best for me. Would like to know what happened to them though kind of left that hanging. Maybe a novella?

This is an awesome series and my second time reading it. The characters are magnificent and the plot unique. Glynnis is a fabulous author.

The Shadow
This trilogy takes place in Scotland in about 1136, the story of three sisters, the Warrior Maids of Rivenloch. The King of Scotland has given a Norman Knight stewardship of Rivenloch and the hand of one of the three sisters in marriage. Their father has dementia and the English have been raiding the borders, putting the Scots at risk. Though he offers Rivenloch his protection, and settled on the youngest daughter to wed, the Norman knight and his men have a lot to learn about Maids.

I loved this book. 3 sisters; 3 stories. Each is strong willed, feisty, unique and quite deadly. I really liked their characters and the men brave enough to love them.
Each sister’s journey to their happily ever after has challenges, adversity and of course romance.
Fast becoming one of my favourite authors.

Great series , strong fierce women who know how to defend themselves and their loved ones. Three sisters and there stone knights with battles of who is in charge they find harmony and their equals . Who else could take the warrior maidens or maybe it the warrior maidens whom take their knights
