كتاب يعتمد فيه مؤلفه على المنطق في الحوار بأسلوب شيق، ولم يقصد كاتبه بعنوان الكتاب ما يتبادر للذهن من الوهلة الأولى، وإنما أراد بسرد القصة الخيالية لهذا الرجل في أسطر قليلة، وأنه لا ينبغي ولا يليق - عند العقلاء - أن نؤمن بكل الأفكار التي نقابلها حولنا من غير أن نعمل عقولنا - ولو للحظة -؛ لإثبات صحتها من عدمها؛

كتاب بسيط وخفيف جداً يقع في 86 صفحة فقط، يناقش فيه الكاتب قضايا الإيمان والإلحاد بصيغة حوارية مع القارئ، يستخلص فيه بصورة موجزة أهم النقاط التي ترتكز عليها مسألة الإيمان إزاء الإلحاد واللادينية .. ثم يتطرق إلى معرفة الصواب والخطأ في إختيار الدين الحقيقي وطريقة الإستدلال عليه من غير الدخول في تفاصيل ومناقشات كبيرة حول المسألة.. الكتاب رغم قصره، عميق وثري بأفكار ورؤى جديدة ينظر فيها للعالم بزاوية نظر مختلفة ومعمقة أكثر..

كتيب صغير الحجم عميق المعنى،، عظيم النفع كُتب لدعوة غير المسلمين من مسلم بريطاني اعتنق الاسلام بعد رحلة بحث وتساؤلات رغم أن والده كان ملحدًا،، خطاب عقلاني منطقي يبدأ بالتدريج حول العالم والكون ونشأته منطقياً بكونه لا يمكن أن يحدث ويُنشئ بلا خالق مبتكر ذو إرادة،، ثم عرض لأبسط الحجج البدهية التي تقود إلى التسليم بوجود الخالق جل وعلا ،، ثم يتدرج الخطاب للذات الإلهية و وحدانيتها وتفردها ثم مقارنة معتقدات الأديان حول وحدانية الله ليبقى الإسلام أخيراً ثم ذكر دلائل الإسلام والنبوة بشكل متسلسل بسيط. وعبقري في طرح الأدلة وشرحها،، لا يسعك عند الانتهاء من الكتب سوى أن تقول؛ الله ربي لا أشرك به أحداً وتحمد الله على أن هداك للإسلام،، فاللهم ربنا لاتزغ قلوبنا بعد إذ هديتنا،، اللهم يامثبت القلوب ثبت قلوبنا على دينك.

ماذا لو تخليت عن جميع معتقداتك وما تربيت عليه وحاولت البدء من جديد
وخضت رحلة البحث عن الدين الحقيقي دون مؤثرات,قيود و تعصب

هو أشبه بالمقالة
والحقيقة الكلام المذكور لا يختلف كثيراً عن ما تستطيع قراءة في الانترنت عن الرد على الملحدين
ولكن يظل خفيف في بابه
انصح بقرائته عبر النسخه الالكترونية في موقع مركز دلائل
النسخة قانونية .

ماذا ستفعل إذا كان رجل بسروال أحمر قصير يطرق بابك، ويقول إنه جاء ليقبض فاتورة الغاز؟ ( فكّر قليلاً قبل الإجابة أو بعد قراءة الكتاب).

كتيّب صغير الحجم [ قرابة 80 صفحة ] يأخذك المؤلف "عبد الرحيم جرين" في رحلة لطيفة حول الأسئلة الأكثر إشكالية لدى الإنسان الباحث عن الحق، وهو عبارة عن تدفق منطقي عقلاني على شكل حوار بين الكاتب والقارئ عن الحقائق الكونية الكبرى
[ من خلق الكون؟ لماذا الدين الإسلامي هو الدين الصحيح؟ لماذا علينا اتباع محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ ولماذا الإلحاد أو اللادينية خيار غير منطقي؟].
أعتقد أنّ الفئة المستهدفة من هذا الكتاب هم ثلاثة:

أجمل مافي الكتاب هو لغته السهلة الواضحة الهادئة، فلا تخويف، ولا صُراخ ولا شتائم، إنما محاكمات عقلية منطقية وأسئلة تقود دوماً للتفكّر.
لم يستقصِ المؤلف كلّ الأدلة ولا كل التساؤلات إنما هدفه فتح الباب فقط، ومن أراد التوسع فهناك مؤلفات أخرى.

كتاب جميل جدا وبسيط وعظيم.. الإستدلال على وجود خالق عظيم للكون لا يحتاج مجهود عقلي فظيع.. حتى لو عجزت عقولنا القاصرة على فهم بعض الأشياء.. هذا في حد ذاته دليل على وجود الإله

عبدالرحيم جرين ، أو أنتوني جرين قبل إعتناقه
للإسلام ، شاب بريطاني نشا في أسرة الأب ملحد
والأم من أتباع الكنيسة الكاثوليكية الرومانية ، بدأ
إهتمامه في الدين الإسلامي عام 1987 ثم أعلن إسلاميه
في العام 1988 , واتجه بعدها إلى مجال الدعوة وتصحيح
المفاهيم الخاطئة حول الإسلام .
هذا جزء من التعريف بالكاتب الذي جاء في مقدمة الكتاب
ليوضح طبيعة البيئة التي كانت تحتضن المؤلف وحالة
التناقض بين ما يعتقده الأب و دين الأم ، وبسبب
طبيعة أنتوني جرين الباحثة عن الإجابات تمكن من خلال
رحلته المعرفية تلك بالتعرف على دين الإسلام والجميل في
قصته أنه لم يكتفي بالإسلام فقط بل كان له دور فعال
في الدعوة إليه عبر منصات إعلامية تلفزيونية وشعبية
حرة كركن الخطب في منتزه الهايد بارك .
الكتاب مقسم إلى سبعة فصول ورغم حجمه الصغير
إلا أن الكاتب استطاع أن يقدم إجابات ربما لم تكن
تفصيلة ولكنها عقلية ومنطقية لأهم الأسئلة التي
بإعتقادي كانت تدور في ذهنه قبل الإسلام .
بالنسبة لي لم يكن الطرح جديداً كوني قد درسته في
صناعة المحاور بشكل أعمق وأكثر تفصيلا ولكن
الكتاب جيد جداً في توفير معرفة بسيطة تجاه بعض
الشبهات .
أنصح بقراءته .

Whoever the author is, he wrote this book with the sole aim of presenting islam as the word of god and in due course he seems to have thought we readers would be persuaded by the claims he makes beating around the bush.... he creates a ridiculous criteria at the very beginning so that the rest of the book can be averted into the path of making Quran the true word of god... The book fails to create an impact to the readers unless he she is a strong believer who was read to accept anything which agreed with islam...

الحوار الهادئ، التسلسل المنطقي للأفكار، اللغة البسيطة والترجمة الأنيقة جعلت من هذا الكتاب رحلة روحية مليئة بالجمال .
لا أعلم إذا كانت النقاط المذكورة بالكتاب كافية للملحد أو غير المسلم للدخول بالإسلام.
إلا أنها حتماً تفتح الباب أمام المحاكمة الهادئة للأفكار الحالية لمن أراد للنور أن يصل إلى قلبه بتجرد .
الكتاب ممتع جداً ولطيف جداً وينصح به جداً للمسلم وغيره.

الكتاب حوار عقلاني منطقي يتحدث فيه الداعية البريطاني أنتوني جرين (والذي أصبح اسمه بعد إسلامه عبد الرحمن جرين) عن رحلته من الإلحاد واللادينية إلى الإسلام، تلك الرحلة التي يتحدث عنها في ذلك الكتاب بتسلسل عقلي منطقي علمي حتى وصل في نهايتها لبر الأمان(الإسلام).. كتاب رائع جداً

The idea of the man in the red underpants is cleverly creative, aside from some overused examples such as walking in the desert and finding a smart phone (a different watchmaker).
The writing style was made to excite the reader and to maintain his/her eagerness throughout the reading.
However, I believe that there were some crucial weaknesses involved in the book which may create a gap between premises and conclusions:
1- It's somehow difficult to prove that the whole universe is contingent, but such (inference) is not necessary to establish the grounds for the existence of God. In fact, only one inference, by which one thing is proved to be a contingent being in need of eternal creator, is enough.
2- The inference from scientific miracles of Quran is more controversial and problematic, because in many cases the meaning of Quranic verse is not clear-cut and it doesn't necessarily correspond with the scientific observation or theory; thus it cannot be used as evidence for the prophethood of Muhammed (pbuh).
3- Although the idea that no one can become Jewish unless one of his parents is Jewish is common, it is not completely true. There is a possibility to become a Jew, though it has to be under a very long and complicated process. So, speaking of this misconception as a fact didn't support the conclusion.
4- I believe that the quotes were ought to be cited for the sake of authenticity.
5- Describing some rational necessities as "common sense" gives up on the precision of meaning. While common sense might be false, rational necessities cannot turn out to be false.

While some little ideas within the book were new, I expected the arguments and examples to be more different from the common ones.
It can be said that the most important thing is the core of example rather than the use of it. Well, if you used an overused and disputable example, then, at least, elaborate it in such a way that clears the air.

كُنت أنتظر قصة لرجل ذو سروال أحمر قصير فعلية و حقيقية تتيح لي فرصة للفهم و تقبل القادم و ربطه و لكن فشلت محاولتي في فهم ربطه الأشياء ببعضها ، كما فشل الكاتب في صياغة الردود جمعًا و مال إلى السطحية بشكل يثير السخرية ..
الكتاب لا يقدم أي شيء جديد أو مثير إطلاقًا ، إضافةً إلى أن ترجمته حرفية و سيئة :) .
ثاني كتاب سيء جدًا جدًا جدًا اقرأه من إصدارات دلائل :)

الكتاب عبارة عن حوار خفيف بين الكاتب وقارئ الكتاب، حيث يتناول بالتسلسل العقلي والعلمي رحلة الوصول إلى إثبات وجود الخالق عز وجل.. وبعد هذه النتيجة ينتقل لإثبات أن الخالق لابد أن يعرّفنا بنفسه ويدلّنا عليه.. بالتالي لابد من دين حق يُتّبع، فانتقل لإثبات صحة الإسلام من بين جميع الأديان الموجودة.
الكتاب رغم أن فصوله سردية قصيرة، وغير معنونة بعناوين جانبية.. إلا أنه يتحدث عن أمور كثيرة عميقة بلغة سهلة، لا يشعر القارئ أن محتويات ما يقرأ قد تكون مباحث فلسفية أو نظريات علمية ونحوهما.. فأول الكتاب يستثني من الشريحة المستهدفة.. أصحاب الفلسفات التي لا تؤمن بوجودنا الحقيقي.. وفي الكتاب شرح لمنع التسلسل.. وفي الكتاب حديث عن الأسئلة الوجودية التي تهم كل إنسان.. وفي الكتاب حديث عن التصميم الذكي.. وفيه حديث مقارنة في واحد من كبرى عقائد الأديان.. وغيره..
الكتاب يستهدف أولا "غير المسلم".. ، لكنه يُكسب المسلم مزيد وعي بامتياز دينه. والجميل أنه كتاب صغير (86 صفحة) يسهل أن يقرأه الجميع. وإن كنت أراه استعجل قليلا في برهنة صحة الإسلام، فأظن أن تغير معتقد إنسان - وإن كان من الباطل إلى الحق - أصعب من أن يكون بكتاب آخر صفحاته "قل ببساطة: أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمداً عبده ورسوله". لكن لا تتردد بإهداء الكتاب باللغة المناسبة لمَن تعرف من غير المسلمين.

* أنا أرى الكتاب زبدة زبدة الزبدة في دورة #صناعة_المحاور.. فصناعة المحاور برنامج ضخم لمواجهة شبهات الملحدين، وزيادة يقين المسلمين.. فبتجاهل التفصيل والاختصار.. فالفرق بينهما أن الكتاب موجه لغير المسلم، وصناعة المحاور للمسلم.

الكتاب عبارة عن حوار خفيف بين الكاتب وقارئ الكتاب، حيث يتناول بالتسلسل العقلي والعلمي رحلة الوصول إلى إثبات وجود الخالق عز وجل.. وبعد هذه النتيجة ينتقل لإثبات أن الخالق لابد أن يعرّفنا بنفسه ويدلّنا عليه.. بالتالي لابد من دين حق يُتّبع، فانتقل لإثبات صحة الإسلام من بين جميع الأديان الموجودة.
الكتاب رغم أن فصوله سردية قصيرة، وغير معنونة بعناوين جانبية.. إلا أنه يتحدث عن أمور كثيرة عميقة بلغة سهلة، لا يشعر القارئ أن محتويات ما يقرأ قد تكون مباحث فلسفية أو نظريات علمية ونحوهما.. فأول الكتاب يستثني من الشريحة المستهدفة.. أصحاب الفلسفات التي لا تؤمن بوجودنا الحقيقي.. وفي الكتاب شرح لمنع التسلسل.. وفي الكتاب حديث عن الأسئلة الوجودية التي تهم كل إنسان.. وفي الكتاب حديث عن التصميم الذكي.. وفيه حديث مقارنة في واحد من كبرى عقائد الأديان.. وغيره..
الكتاب يستهدف أولا "غير المسلم".. ، لكنه يُكسب المسلم مزيد وعي بامتياز دينه. والجميل أنه كتاب صغير (86 صفحة) يسهل أن يقرأه الجميع. وإن كنت أراه استعجل قليلا في برهنة صحة الإسلام، فأظن أن تغير معتقد إنسان - وإن كان من الباطل إلى الحق - أصعب من أن يكون بكتاب آخر صفحاته "قل ببساطة: أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمداً عبده ورسوله". لكن لا تتردد بإهداء الكتاب باللغة المناسبة لمَن تعرف من غير المسلمين.

* أنا أرى الكتاب زبدة زبدة الزبدة في دورة #صناعة_المحاور.. فصناعة المحاور برنامج ضخم لمواجهة شبهات الملحدين، وزيادة يقين المسلمين.. فبتجاهل التفصيل والاختصار.. فالفرق بينهما أن الكتاب موجه لغير المسلم، وصناعة المحاور للمسلم.

وهو موجّه بشكل أساسي لغير المسلمين، حيث يسير معهم بمنطق بسيط يستعرض فيه أبرز مثال "مثال الرجل ذو السروال الأحمر" الذي يدق باب بيتك.
مفردات الداعية عبد الرحيم لا تخلو من نبرة تحدي، وملاطفة في آنٍ واحد، وهو يعد قارئه غير المسلم بأن يترك فيه الكتاب أثرًا لا يمحى مع سيل التساؤلات الذي سيثقل كاهله.
الكتاب جيد كهدية لغير المسلم، حيث يسود فيه خطاب عقلاني وروحاني، رغم بساطة السرد والمحتوى.

Seems like a pathetic attempt to convince you with Islam. This book is for someone who believes in God, who believes in messengers, in religions aaand looks for 'truth'. The book tries to make you believe in God with a silly argument and says if you don't agree, you can't continue reading! Assumes so many arguments and just skips over them quickly.

The first few pages put me off with their jokey, colloquial style, but I persisted. My natural instinct, when someone goes out of their way to reassure you that you're being bold and open-minded to keep reading (and do keep reading and thinking, review-seeker, thinking so hard: you're being *so* brave and deliciously clever to continue!—patronising, isn't it?) is to shut the book immediately, and possibly wrap three layers of sellotape round it to ensure that all of the patronising rubbish is contained within. As I say, risking full on patronisation-contamination, I persisted.
[Interlude 1, in which I wonder why, exactly, I'm reading this book: Well, I like philosophy, and there's still a slightly childish part of me that thought the red pants conceit was silly enough to warrant a bit of attention, like the pig that wants to be eaten, or the fat man tumbling towards a trolley.]
So I persisted, but not for long - you might get one logic flaw before I become disgruntled, but not much more. I decided to agree that there was a mind-independent reality, since you weren't supposed to continue unless you did. The author didn't prove there was a mind-independent reality, of course, but I do tend to agree that unless we have axioms the whole place falls apart. I didn't like his further examples of 'common sense', though - that was taking axiomatic a little too far—it's the 'slippery slope' logical fallacy, if you happen to be the author and want to rally round for another attempt. For example, after straying into Jungian psychology by way of parts and wholes, we decided that order can never come from chaos, in which case you've clearly never heard of fractal mathematics, let alone enjoyed a pretty Julia set. If that doesn't float your boat, then the grotesque ordering of an ants' nest, the mathematical joy of Langton's ant or the formation of salt crystals into beautiful cubes really won't float your boat.
Anyway, familiar territory set in when we wandered the desert looking for technologically advanced items that couldn't possibly be made by wind and stuff, and lo! - we didn't find a watch this time, because Richard Dawkins has already thoroughly debunked that argument in a book unexpectedly called 'The Blind Watchmaker'. Noooo - we found a... do you know what? This is absolute tosh, isn't it?
[Interlude 2, in which I realise I'm reading rubbish and put it down: I suddenly realised my sneaking suspicions were correct: I *was* reading rubbish and should put it down. So I did.]
Don't. Seriously. Waste of time, thought, space, energy and anything else you can think of.

Very much convincing. Prepare yourself to think through reading this book. But I felt that this book is kind of in a hurry of convincing. But I guess I can understand why. We're running out of time right? We really should make the best of our time. Read it guys!

One of the dumbest things I've read in awhile.

Summary of review:
Book starts with trying to convince the reader that evolution isn't real. That the world could have not come from nothing (which isn't even how it happened) but of course implying that God could come from nothing. He wants you to accept God to proceed. Now you gotta pick religion! Not sure why, but you do! Implies that Islam is consistent and uncontradictory. Says that the only possible real religions are Judaism, Zoroastrianism and Islam (I guess because those are the religions Islam borrowed the most from). He essentially dismisses 4,600 religions without a blink. Says Jesus can't be God because God can't be finite and infinite, can't be a human and a God -basically raising questions Christians have been philosophizing about for 2000 years. If God, apparently, isn't super understandable and condensable into a box where we can explain everything about it then it's not God. Apparently. Says that the foundation of Islam -submission to God- is the only universal message in all religions and that anyone would figure it out on their own but doesn't bother to ask what submission looks like, because of course he's only got the Islamic version in mind. Talks about the Quran saying other scriptures are compromised and such by people, but at least in regards to the bible, that seems to be untrue. If it were true, wouldn't it imply that God intentionally allowed his word to be ruined and to bring damnation to countless people for thousands of years? Blah blah blah some more gibberish and then he gets to the good stuff, the "miracles" of the Quran. 1- no contradictions (not true). 2- tries to say their OT tales are true, which basically has been unanimously dismissed by modern archeologists, while the stories may be based on reality they aren't the full truth. Islam purports them to be true and that is it's greatest weakness (like the exodus, or world flood). 3- "Pharaoh" miracle ignores that the bible refers to the Pharaoh as king too. Also there is no reason to believe that people writing about something after the fact wouldn't just use their own terminology to explain things. 4- Haman miracle, is basically nonsense since it supposes that people stopped understanding basic classical Egyptian which isn't true and also the evidence for it is a hoax. 5- Bing Bang is in the Quran, writer claims. No it's not. Flat earth, earth being removed from "heaven" (universe?), universe and earth being smoke, now that IS in the Quran. 6- Embryo nonsense. The Quran says that an embryo is a blood clot, hadith say it remains like that for 40 days. Quran says bones are formed before the flesh, but it's the opposite in reality. Quranic knowledge of the embryo reflects the writing of Galen, who existed 500 years before Muhammad. 7- Mountain pegs are not roots. This verse actually is historically understood to describe, essentially, the paper weights of the world. That the earth was flat and needed to be tied down. 8- Mountains do not prevent the earth from shaking, as most people are aware. The book ends by saying that we were created just to worship God and we gotta do all the stuff Muhammad says because we're gonna burn in hell forever if we don't! Woohoo. Glad that's over.

Dapat soft-copy nya dari tahun 2013 ketika gw jatuh cinta sama Islam *i know im pretty late* tapi baru baca dan selesaiin tahun ini. Awalnya karena one of my friend will decide to convert to Islam. jadi gw pikir baca ini deh sapa tau dapat tambahan untuk bikin dia makin penasaran. tapi mostly apa yang pernah gw bahas sama dia ya ada di buku ini, dia udah ngerti hehe.
Beberapa kali di bagian awal dibilang, kalo belum siap terima isi buku ini, ga perlu diteruskan bacanya. haha its teasing. isinya ngebahas tentang keotentikan Quran, siapa Muhammad dan kaitannya sama sejarah jaman dulu, Musa, Yusuf, Firaun. ngebuka pikiran siapa sih Tuhan kayak apa sifatnya karakternya. gw kasih bintang tiga karena ini cuma sebagai awalan non muslim untuk tau Islam. kurang greget.
