This book by Kelly Brogan is spot on. A holistic approach to mental wellbeing...nutrition, exercise, meditation and correct, individual diagnosis and supplementation, where required, can make huge progress in recovery from all manner of ailments, originating from inflammation. It’s very well presented, backs up my own training and research via CHEK Institute and the 4-week plan with suggested foods is a bonus. Recommended reading for anyone with physical or mental health struggles, not just women.
