Théoden: I'm still trying to figure out who killed a vampire in my territory, and I'm still busy training my youngest son, however, the phone call I received must take precedence. The River Rock Alpha claims one of my vampires is responsible for the death of one of his wolves. It's a serious accusation and one I will not take lightly.

Noel: Riding around with Marco and learning how to conduct a proper investigation has been pretty exciting. I also love getting out of the house and seeing more of the territory. Of course, the way Marco keeps looking at me lets me know that my night will have more action to come.

Deacon: Tonight is Fight Night, and I've been waiting for this entertaining event all day. My yard is filled with wolves from my pack, and I'm going to see just how tough they are. As for my mate, a big decision will be made tonight for him, because he still has a lot to prove.

Josef: I'm not looking forward to having a sit-down with vampire Prince Théoden, I'm not fond of bloodsuckers, but I'll be damned if I let him or any of his leeches get away with murdering one of my wolves. They will pay.

Boy, did this book deliver. It's just getting better and better. All the pieces are fitting together..

We've got Théoden who's always a step ahead. Thank gawd for that.
We've got the wolve packs, with the Alpha's Josef and Deacon. Josef is interesting and I'm very anxious to know how "his issue" will work itself out.

Deacon. You're still an asshole. But you have found your match in Elijah. He tricks you in admitting things you've never found possible.

I felt emotions I’d never explored before and I wasn’t so sure I was ready to experience this new dynamic.

Oh my god, what was happening to me?

Marco is still training Noel in being a general and Dante is added in team. With his wolf skills he's supposed to pick up on the scent of the vampire that is alleged to have killed one of Josef's wolves.
Their connection is at least to be called; hotttttttt

The level of detailing in the plotting is nothing short of incredible, I don't know how Nicholas Bella keeps up with all the different narratives he has spinning in the air when it come to this series.

While Deacon and his wolves are plotting to undermine and seize control, Theoden is playing a long game with the unwilling help of Josef and his werewolves and the dragons have a whole different reason for getting involved.

The sex, as ever, is creative, erotic, explosive, dangerous, exciting, punishing, painful and controlled.

This book! O.M.G!! I can't believe I read what I read.

I can't even believe I'm going to say this but... Deacon, I might not hate you as much as I thought I did. You are still an asshole, but you shocked the shit out of me, and now you might just be growing on me.

I really loved this one, and as per usual, Nicholas Bella is one author that has me questioning my sanity. This is not my usual kind of read, but I'm so addicted to this series it's not even funny.

I really can't wait to see what happens next.. OMG I hate that it ended right there.. I need the next book like yesterday.

Immediately things get more interesting with Theoden and Dante. Dante remains a bit of a slow learner, even after all this time.

It’s great to have Noel’s POV again, but Marco’s brutality is getting tired.

Josef is probably the most controversial addition to this saga. While over 800 years old, he appears to be…an eternal teenager.

Yet his POV chapters are fascinating. Josef is feeling all kinds of emotions now that he has finally met his mate.

Deacon’s Fight Night soon turns into Public Sex Night. The chemistry between him and Elijah is just not there. Between Deacon’s insecurities and some of the…alternative…ways he gets his rocks off, his chapters are complete turnoffs (in all manners of speaking).

It’s nice that Elijah finally sticks up for himself, but it’s insufficient. Deacon is an insufferable asshole.

Theoden has to lay down the law concerning Dante, Noel, and Romeo.

Judgment is passed on Duncan.

Finally we get Noel and Theoden again.

Intriguing. The plot is thickening. Multiple dangerous and foolhardy plans are taking shape.

I think I just don’t like Deacon too much and wouldn’t be too disappointed to see him get his handed to him. His plan is unfortunately coming to head of pinning Théoden against Josef...with the battle about to begin.

Oh my God! The plot thickens! Such intriguing twists and turns, and my loyalties are being tested. Of course I’m all for vamp victory, they are my first love; smart, sexy, impassioned and lethal. But the developments in this book between Deacon and Elijah have touched me in a way that though Deacon is a scheming bastard I don’t want anything to happen that may destroy them. Josef’s pain speaks to me too; his righteousness and desire to have what he feels is his has me nodding my head in perfect understanding. What to think? What to do? For the first time in my life I found myself impatient for the sexcapades to be over – I know, unbelievable! (Don’t worry, I’ll savour them later; second, third and fourth reads are always on the cards with a Bella book.) But presently my anxiety levels are just spiking off the charts. Nicholas Bella’s ability to bring me into New Haven’s multiple worlds is incredible. When I’m with Deacon, I’m with Deacon and whole-heartedly on his side; the same for Josef, the same for Noel and definitely for Theodan. Seriously this episode has sent me into a spin… I know I have to but I just can’t wait to know!

As always Nicholas delivers, his mind just runs with the idea until it makes it on paper. I always find myself anxious and impatient when I know he has a book soon to be released, Suspicion was no different.

Oh.. what a tangled web it is when weaved, tsk tsk Deacon. *smirks* Just when things seem settle a vampire and a wolf are dead, suspicions run rampant. All in the mix is the mating, the flex of power, and calling in of allies.

Hot sex, smart strategizing, put plans in order. Its time to see what falls when a few trees are shook. Josef and Deacon both play a dangerous game, who will come out at the end?

just when we think yeah we got this, the other drops a bomb and its banging all over the place. I didn't except that. Is this a stand alone, oh no so make sure you grab the ones before. Its still that dirty hot raw thang, the thang that has you fanning your face and saying oh no he didn't, but oh baby yes Nicholas did. Great writing, from the amazing mind of Nicholas Bella. Not for the faint of heart. Enjoy

OMG!!!! This series just keeps getting bigger, better and hotter. Theoden has his generals investigating a murdered werewolf and a dead vampire. Dante is finally coming into his own as one of Theoden's sons and Noel is now a bad ass vampire General learning more and more from Marco. Josef has learned Dante is his mate and after waiting eight hundred years he doesn't want to wait a second longer to claim him but he knows Theoden won't give him up. The sex is totally hot and there's lots of it , I'm surprised my tablet didn't melt. Everything is leading up to a mind blowing ending that will knock your socks off and leave you cursing Nicholas for being such a tease. Definitely not a series for people not into M/M, BSDM, degradation and dominant sexy men. I so wish I could rate it higher than a five because it definitely deserves way more!

I think I swore the whole way through this book! HOT HOT HOT and OMG with the suspense. Nicholas Bella... Sort of want to hit him BUT I won't because he needs to write the next book so we can see what's going to happen.

When we read books like this there's a bad guy and a good guy, right? Well none of these characters are good guys. None of them. This is a series about the baddest creatures. We cheer on the worst of the worst. The darkness is consuming. You can feel the hopelessness of the world. Humanity means nothing.

Of course I will always favor Theoden and his sons ALWAYS. That is where my loyalty is. But, Josef and Deacon they are something else. We hear ALL the POV's so you think it's easy to pick a side but it's not. It's near impossible.

This was a very nail biting book and it left us hanging. The outcome of what is about to happen will impact this entire series.

The WOW factor on this series just blew up!

Waging a war

Holy carp best book in the new haven series. First of all I'm loving how Deacon and Elijah relationship is evolving and how the fight for dominance is still being waged between the two of them. Noel is becoming a bad pass vampire which is awesome. In suspicion you really get to see Dante start to come in his own amongst Theoden sons which is making the storyline enjoyable. This installment had twist I didn't see coming characters hold there own against the more favorable characters. Though this is a continuation of the series I felt like this book was strong on its own. You definitely can't wait for the next book to see how this all plays out. If you read the series you need to read this book. If you haven't I highly recommend you give it a shot

OH MY GOD

This is another Great addition to to New Haven. I must warn you that if you have not yet, start at the beginning of the best series otherwise you will be lost.
Nicholas I Love your writing and your no holds barred. I have fallen hard for all your characters, even the bad guys. I read these books and I feel like I can feel what they are feeling, the good, the bad and the ugly. The sex scenes are incredible again and I can't seem to keep dry panties while reading you books.
The cliffhanger is freakin killing me and I must admit, I was not ready for it to end. But, that's what you love to do to us fans, keeping us wanting more. So go ahead and hurry that up would you

I wasn't sure what Theo meNt when he said remove romeo, I'm glad he wasn't what I was thinking. I cUt believe Josef and Dante are mates, I hope that doesn't happen. Despite the fact Donovan is trying to take over Josef territory, I stl really like him. I don't like Josef. Hot scene with Marcus, Noel and Dante in alley. So the wolf right night was different, especially the fact winner got to pound that booty. I feel like deacon and Elijah are breaking through a lot of walls. I especially loved the scene when they said I love you. I liked when Noel told Theo but it didn't seem to be filled with as much h passion. Deacon and Elijah seen was intimate. I can't wait for more.

Wow, just...WOW! Full of surprises and some "no fucking way" moments this series gets more intriguing, hotter, sexier as fuck and a lot more addicting ever. I am getting drawn to Theoden & Co and this fanastic storyline more and more with every new book that Nicholas Bella gifts us with. Just finished this newest book in the New Haven series and the books just keep getting better and better. The story always picks up where the last book ended and the characters evolve and we are able to see more of their personalities. As always this book has an abundance of sex, violence, and suspense. We get to catch up with the lives of all the characters in the books and grow to like them even more. This is one series I will read over and over again.
