I wrote this book as a practical guide to show readers how to really find out what's making them miserable, so that they could start to figure out (easily, without spending thousands of dollars on psychoanalysis) what really makes them happy, and how to achieve that.
The book includes tried-and-tested exercises to help you apply what you're learning to your real, actual life, plus easy-to-use mind-mapping tools that will let you tap into your subconscious and discover what's really making you tick.
Usually, these workshops and books claiming that within "X amount of weeks, you'll achieve [some kind of significant inner change]!" are just trying to sell you some bottled snake oil.
