Rate this book
O sangeroasa lupta pentru putere si pentru suprematia asupra Romei. In desertul din Palmyra, soarele usuca totul, soldatii se prabusesc sub razele ucigase, asteptarea devine insuportabila.

Quiet enjoyed the duology of the story of the queen Zenobia from Palmyra, who dare to provoke the mighty Roman Empire. The second book I thought was rushing a bit through the events, but still was ok for me.I am not sure if It was translated in English .I would say is easy, enjoyable reading what include a lot of religion,a political intrigue ,some battles (even some of them has not been described in details). But I think I will give a chance to the trilogy about the Incas written by the same authors.
