An innocent, young woman. A single-minded warlock. A web of seduction that snares them both.Life is finally starting to work out for Heather a place all her own, a fulfilling career, and a wonderful new man in her life. Straight from the pages of a magazine, her French lover is the stuff of dreams. Strong and sexy, considerate and funny, it’s as though she’s been waiting for him all her short life. But Lucas Carré is not what he seems. His immortal life as a warlock gives him every advantage, especially when it comes to his to seduce the young witch in order to find her sister. But when he pulls his lover back to the coven she once escaped, dark secrets wait there—and danger.
Hazel and her husband stopped being separate people years ago. They live their happy life in the always crowded, mostly sunny, and sometimes sweltering city of LA. Though they haven’t managed it yet, plans are afoot to add a kitty to the household, thereby giving the allergist fits.
Hazel has been writing full-time for several years, with some traditionally published work in other genres. But it’s her indie-published romance that fuels the creative fire. It turns out writing isn’t a job, it’s an obsession.
When you can pry Hazel’s fingers from the laptop, you’ll find her: on the elliptical watching a documentary, indulging her audiobook habit, or spending quality time with Candy Crush. Although she’s vegan, she’s a disaster in the kitchen. Luckily, potato chips and pinot noir come ready-made.
HAZEL HUNTER'S Twice Seduced BOOK 1 of Sanctuary Coven SERIES
A wonderful start to this series, except for the cliffhanger ending that keeps you wondering what happens next. I ABSOLUTELY Prefer a HEA ENDING!! But I know that I do want to know what happens next too. SOOOO RECOMMENDING THAT YOU CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF AND ENJOY THE BOOK TOO. HAZEL HUNTER'S WRITING STYLE IS ABSOLUTELY INTRIGUING!!📑🔟🍷🍷🍵💑💟😍
I loved this book but it ended in a cliffhanger. If I had known that, I would not have read it. Now, I have to get the others to complete the story. In my opinion, the story should be all in one.
However, back to the point, this story is really interesting. It has me intrigued so I will be checking out the rest of it.
Wow, just WoW. Each series is better than the last and I've read all of Hazel's. Lucas and Heather's characters are well thought out and even the Templar's are fresh. This leaves you wanting book 2 right away, please. Good job Hazel.
This story kept me glued wondering what's going to happen next. Hazel books are always well written and leaving you wanting more. This book is a great start to this series and the characters are outstanding. Loved it.
There are a lot of characters in this book and every single one of them is just awful in their own special way. I kept hoping there would be something redeeming about someone but it just kept getting worse.
I had a hard time following this story. Witches and wolves and magic. The details were not enough for me to follow the story to thoroughly enjoy the plot.
Definitely an unusual story and there were lots of different people having all kinds of sex (the sex scenes were not overly plentiful, just rather interesting.....).
It is good and compelling but I had a hard time fallowing the characters. I felt that to understand the characters better the were missing information; back story
Heather is a non-practising Wiccan who uses her ability to see auras to help her in her career as a school counsellor. She is dating Lucas Carré, who she feels safe with as he has a green aura. What she doesn't realise is that he is a Magus Corps officer, and can change the colour of his aura at will. When she receives a summons to her sister's coven in Aspen, Lucas goes with her and then the fun begins.
This is a typical steamy novella, the type that Hazel Hunter excels in. The reason I have only given 3-stars is because there is a whole lot of stuff going on - so far there are at least three separate stories that have yet to intertwine and become a cohesive story. HOWEVER, knowing Hazel Hunter's various coven series, I have the utmost faith that this will become an intricate and fascinating story.
A good start to a new series that shows definite promise.

Heather Moore is a school counselor. She is also a mortal Wiccan with the ability to read peoples auras. Lucas Carré is in town on business. He is also an immortal Warlock Captain with the Magus Corp.
Captain Carré is sent undercover to find the Sanctuary Coven. What better way to find the Coven then to seduce it from the Coven leader's sister.
Heather Moore was asked to leave the coven years ago. When she receives a call from her sister, one of the Coven Leaders, to return to the coven to read a couple of strangers, how can she refuse?
This is a really good start to the series. There is already action, adventure, shape shifting and a lot more to keep you guessing. I cannot wait to see what happens next!
Both of heather Moore parents died leaving heather's older sister to raise her in the Wiccan faith until she mates to Dane and they move into his coven then Heather some how became the outsider. She got grants for school, packed her bags and ran away to start her new life as a human. Now life has forced her back into a full loop and she is back at Dane's coven BUT....Now what Lucas her french human boyfriend is not what he seem. Then there is Sander and Astrid. Oh my lol Yea it's all to wild to put here you just got to read it! Love and lots of betrayal. Wow what a mix and the mystery it fantastic yea it's a 10. What I didn’t like? Nothing it was great Book given for an honest review and I honestly loved it
First instalment in Hazel Hunter's The Santuary Coven Series, I started this book thinking it looked like fun. Turned out to be even better than I expected. The writing is superb, really polished plot and characters. The story take place in a new world to get lost in. I liked the assortment of magic, all the different characters, the perfect blend of mystery, intrigue and passion, its elaborated plot and its amazing twists. All of the characters are believable and felt real, even though their experiences are anything but ordinary. Very fun book. Definitely a page turner. I'm ready for the sequel. I was given an ARC copy in exchange of an honest review
This is book one and you do not want to put it down. Heather Moore has a life she loves she has a place of her own a career she loves a hot guy in her life, but what if everything is not as it seem? Lucas Carré the man in her life is keeping secrets from her. He is looking for a missing coven who just happens to be lead by Heather’s sister Marguerite and is using Heather to find it.There is a group of Knights Templar who want to eliminate all the people who have special powers, and both Heather and Lucas have theirs. What will happen? I was gifted a copy for an honest review barwatts@telus.net
Wow !! This book had more twists and turns than a Rollercoaster!! Wiccans, Hunters, , immortals and a few I can't say or give away the surprises. J7st know, whatever you think you know , means nothing, because more than likely, your wrong !! It is that awesome !! It completely caught me off guard and I'm usually figuring things out in the first few chapters. This book is so worth reading and I can't wait to read book 2 !! 5☆'s all the way, Hazel Hunter has out done herself. I recieved a gifted copy in exchange for an honest review.
I started this series out of order reading book four first. While I was able to read book four and understand most of it at the time, I really suggest reading them in order. The way the characters are interwoven is so much clearer now. This was a great story that was written really well. There is so much depth in the writing, depth that you don't usually see in a short installment of a series. *I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.*
In true Hazel Hunter fashion, the first book in the series is filled with intrigue, mysteries that make you forget to put the book down. Heather is a non-practicing Wiccan, used by Lucas, a Captain in the Magus Corps, to track down her sister's coven. Two rogues arrived at the coven, with ulterior motives, mainly to meet Heather and Lucas. But the Dorays aren't what they seem-they're more than just rogues.
A new start of a brand new series. Twice Seduced is remarkable. Its captivating, spell binding, which will keep you on edge. I love the mystery entwined within the plot. Enjoy Heather and her life within an without the coven. Can't wait to see what happens in book 2!
*Note* reviews have been on Amazon, just catching up my reviews on GR.
I'm so excited to read a new series from Hazel. Heather and Lucas are great together, but he's keeping secrets from her. He's on a mission as a warlock with Magnus Corp and she's a non-practicing wiccan. Lots of secrets abound in this book and I can't wait to find out exactly what this coven is hiding. Book 2 awaits. I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
This book was very interesting. We meet a wiccan who doesn't practice. A Magus Corpus officer searching for missing wiccans. They believe Heather knows more then she lets on. Will she learn the truth? We meet two very strange wiccans. Will we ever learn the truth of them? Will her sister learn who her lover really is?
Another must read book from Hazel Hunter. I have read all her books and I am so excited there is a new series on its way. I can't wait to read them all. If you haven't yet experienced the pleasure of a Hazel Hunter book then NOW IS THE TIME!
This story was very short but set up the premise early. The characters are well drawn, but the world is rather confusing, with witches, rogues, Templars and Magnus corps. I am looking forward to see how the author weaves all these threads together.
This first book in the Sanctuary Coven series had me hooked from the start. I'm very intrigued and can't wait to lose myself in the rest of the series. Well worth reading.
This book drew me right in, but I would expect no less from anything Hazel Hunter writes. This series has given a new twist to her coven series that just astounded me.
