This book is a collection of stories written by adults in a group called Writers' CALL (Columbus Academy for Lifelong Learning) affiliated with Columbus University. The member meet and share stories they write. These aren't professional authors, just people who enjoy writing and sharing their stories. They decided to put some of their stories into a book. As a former facilitator of such a group, this book brought back many memories. The stories are all very short (about 2 pages) so it is easy ready to do in bits and pieces.
A unique collection of short stories - each one only a few pages long - by a group of seniors enrolled in Writers' Call, one of the programs offered by the Columbus Academy of Lifelong Learning (CALL), a peer-led group affiliated with Columbus State University. Each week the group picked a different topic and then the following week shared their stories. It's an eclectic anthology, and it's amazing how varied the writings could be on the same subject. Although there are various levels of talent throughout, all of the stories are interesting. It's an enjoyable read, and the photographs in between each chapter are worth the price of admission.
