Great book for aviation enthusiast's and also for students like me also I learned lot about Landside,PTB (passenger terminal building),Airside operations and also about airline operations at the airport also I love the way they illustrated by figures and also language is in layman terms there's some technical terms but they explained it very good you can understand it there's no problem so that's it!!

Very Informative but a little dry at times. One thing I found irritating was the habit of leaving an open sentence midway and planting a graph or photograph in the middle. Hope in future editions this can be fixed.
