Not a bad easy read. The synopsis is a bit misleading. It talks about one main character but there really are four. Also, it reads 'she is forced to share a devastating secret with her much older and destructive husband. . ' but I don't recall any secret. Not a complaint about it though, just an observation. I still enjoyed reading it.

Not my cup of tea! The front of the book says 'Perfect for fans of Poldark' but nowhere near as good as the Poldark novels.

A nice historical family saga romance book. Sometimes you just want a nice, easy read, and Gloria cook books are the books I go to.
