This is a good book for simplifying workouts and taking the mystery out of the process. I apply the Pareto principle in most areas of my life so this book makes perfect sense to me. Why does the average person need a bodybuilders workout? They don't. They need consistency in training and a simplified approach. This book makes working out approachable for most people who have access to a gym.

The golden rule

The 80% of your output is resulted from the 20% of your input. You can be what you want to be if only you give in your efforts. Well written. So many tips for exercise.

A good book for scientific insight of bodybuilding.

Not that much detailed to bore you, having only brief and important knowledge for long term gains.

WorkOut
Eat
Sleep
And Repeat for considerable amount of time.

Meat and vege

I get bogged down in always trying to do the latest thing, something progressive, and harder than last time, it’s stifling. Good to get the reminder in this book how simple it can be for a novice like me:)
