Each Dinner meal was chosen for it's potential to make you tired and give you a restful sleep during the day.
Not only that, each meal has been selected because of it's health benefits and ability too help you loose weight.

As the title says, it's not only for night shift workers, the meals can be easily adapted to suit any person wanting to eat healthy, lose weight and still love the food they eat.
