CODING FOR KIDS . . . Because it’s never too early to start developing!
Coding and web-design skills are becoming more and more important in our technological world. These concept books will familiarize young ones with the kind of shapes and colors that make up web-based programming language and give them the head start they need. Show your little ones how to display HTML elements properly with CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and familiarize them with the visual patterns and symbols that make up the essential building blocks of the web. This beautiful book is a colorful introduction to coding and the web, and is the perfect gift for any technologically minded family.
“It’s never too early to be standards compliant!” This is one of those books for babies that doesn’t make sense to read every word aloud. The way I read this was to point out which HTML element was the selector and which were the declarations. Otherwise, it’s a high-contrast image book that would be fun for even young babies to just flip through.
