In this second installment the story picks up right where we left off in book 1. The Ghost Soldier team is a very precarious situation. We learn much more about Tara's peculiar past. The author introduces some new characters and a few questions are answered while others present themselves. Tara is fearless in the face of blackmail and danger. The story line is a great combination of horror and humor.

This book has a bit of a back story and then jumps right into continuing the story from the first book. The story is simple with plenty of action and good art work.

Nothing ground breaking, but done very well and really enjoyable.

This is a really fun followup to the first book! Noel paces the plot out perfectly. We learn more about Tara and her mother, as well a compelling character called the Shadowman. Many of the scenes are kickass! We get more Tara Normal ghost fighting, character development, and are committed to following Tara wherever she goes next. I'm looking forward to the next installment!
