When their oxygen tanks explode, the Apollo 13 astronauts are stranded in space. Their harrowing life-or-death adventure unfolds in this faithful adaptation of the movie script, with an eight-page, full-color photo insert featuring stills from the movie.
Read this because my 9 year old asked me to read it. He heard about it from his friend and asked for it for Christmas. It’s a straightforward telling of the story and perfect for his age.
