I love Mark Ballenger's book it is one of my favorites. Though he addresses the heavy topic of sexual sins and pornography, his writing style is light and easy to read.

His approach to God's saving grace and forgiveness tied with our repentance was laid out in such a way that I finally understood how much God loved me.

In the very first chapter, he had two subtitles that read: "God doesn't love us because we are clean. He cleans us because He loves us" and "God doesn't love us because of what we do. He loves us because of who He is." These both changed my life and helped me understand for the first time in my 18+ years walking with the Lord how much He actually loved me and how His love began before one action was taken by either of us.

Even if the sin you are struggling with is not explicitly sexual in nature, I would still highly recommend this book.

A Must Read For Modern Christians and All Those Who Suffer Addiction.

This is an amazing book and one I will read over. As a believer who has recently come to Christ, I still struggle with sexual immorality and sin, as I undergo my sanctification. It was actually Mark Ballenger who led me to understand that repetitive sin was common and that the best and only way to overcome this was repetitive and instant prayer of confession and repentance, which is captured perfectly in Psalm 51. The tonnes of additional resources are amazing too.
