This book gives an easy to understand look into ways to improve your acting and it is a study on how to implement a specific acting style, that of realism. It provides excellent ways to view scripts and to view human interaction, in general. This book could honestly be used as a simplified study of human psychology. It also provides solutions for stage fright and harsh self-criticism. It encourages preparation, while also reminding us that we all forget things sometimes, and the best thing that we can do is clear ourselves of negativity and make the pathways to our memory a little less cluttered.
