I was going write review for each book , but I guess I too pissed cuz of stages I had to through to complete this series , kinda of turn me off towards writing a full review of 8 short stories…. But if you are looking for:
This series offers up Action, intrigue, a kidnapping, a forever love, some bloodshed, a heroic rescuing of damsels in distress, romance & more. What it doesn’t offer is whole book… 1-4 could’ve been Published as one full novel, but no the author decide to give us few pages at time…

REDEEMED ITSELF! OMG, seriously!? Nathan is such a sleeze and now the bomb drops and everything seems hunky dory and now I have to wait for the next books in the series to find out if everyone lives happily ever after?! I LOVE CLIFFHANGERS!!!!!!
This book was quick, easy to read, and left you wanting more. I live for books like this! Great job by the author. I admit my last few reviews were rather harsh, but this book nailed it! I have been reviewing for this author since she first started writing and there is a reason she is one of my favorites. She is fast, keeps the pace going, slightly weak on major details, but that is okay because she keeps me coming back!
I can't really write a lot about the book because saying anything feels like just one big spoiler, so just know it is a good, it is worth it, and I love every character! There is no one to hate! Except Nathan because he cannot get a hint.

Season two draws to a close and season three on the horizon. It seems to have all worked out for Cyn and Fallen. However, Nathan is still a big Question mark. And what about the epilogue that seems to have been a preview for Season three. Who is Sage and why is an American Navy Seal working for the British government.

I want to give a fist bump to A.C. James. WOW! I falł in love with Puca's more and more every time I read another book in the series. This is a Fantastic addition to this series. The characters are so believable, sexy, witty and humorous. The storyline is everything I expected and more. A.C James is fast becoming one of my author's that I would use my one click for. She is a awesome storyteller, her created world draw me right in, I would say she has a golden pen that she uses to write so well with. You can't ask for a more exciting, scorching hot, romantic, sensual book to read. This book is what makes me love reading paranormal romance. I mean you would think that shifting into a horse would be common place but A.C.James makes it exciting and HOT!. The storyline is fast-paced, well written and loveable. I absolutely adored reading these characters. I thought WOW, I couldn't stop reading this storyline it's fun, engaging, sexy and compelling. Again I must say A.C. James is a very talented, entertaining author. I really really enjoy reading her books. If you have read any of the RIDE series then you will have enjoyed this series.

She’s the woman I have chosen to be with. She’s the one I want by my side. WHEW!!! WILD RIDE INDEED!! It certainly was the Ride of MY life!! BE STILL MY RACING HEART!! I don't know if there are enough words to convey my love, adoration & addiction not only to this part, but the entire series as a whole!! This ending had me in knots so tight I cramped my neck and hands up, while my heart lodged itself in my throat!! I ABSO-PUCA- LUTELY LOVE not only how A.C. ended this one, but the story flow that brought it all to its glorious conclusion... for now! (YUP!! There will be season 3!! OOOO I have chills just saying that!!) I can't and won't say any more simply because I refuse to ruin even one teeny bit of it! Finally realizing she could no longer live without Fallon, her mate – even under the threat of Nathan’s blackmail – Cyn left to return to the Realm. She went first to Fallon, to tell him how much she loved him and that she would never leave again. He was overjoyed to have her back. In the meantime, her BFF Felicity was in intense labor with her first child. Fallon urged her to go to Felicity and be there for her through this difficult birth.
Nathan, angry and upset that Cyn walked out on him despite his threat, thought about his past with Cyn. He had justified his threat in his own mind because he felt she didn’t realize how she would be scorned by people if she stayed with that horse! He continued drinking another bottle of wine and finally decided that she should have her heart broken just as she had broken his. Then he began to type his article for the "Everyday Supernatural" blog. After a moment's hesitation, in a drunken stupor, he posted the article for all to read. What would happen to the Puca and their mates now???
Again, a wonderful story to keep you on the edge of your seat wondering how things would be resolved. The characters, by the time you get to this episode, are a solid part of your own world and it matters what happens to them. I can’t get enough of this story and am eagerly awaiting the upcoming books to see what happens next. Highly recommend this series – it’s incredible!!!

I received this for a honest review. This is not a standalone so please read the books in order.
I am so enjoying this series. The story of Cyn and Fallon as be amazing. I love the love that Fallon has for Cyn. Have you ever heard the saying if you love something to let it go, if it is yours it come back to you. Well that is what Fallon did with Cyn. He loved her so much but would not hold her against her will. He was willing to give up this life for her happiness. What a statement of true love.
Cyn loved Fallon more then she truly knew. Distance truly made the heart grow fonder. In the story of Cyn we have got to see a very dark side to Nathan. I have truly grown to hate Nathan. He is dangerously obsessed with Cyn. He truly does not want her to be happy. Nathan truly is a selfish person. In the last book we see he threaten Cyn. This book picks up with that threat. Cyn has to make a decision.
Cyn’s heart aches for Fallon. What Cyn does not realize is that her chose will either save or kill Fallon. Felicity is in labor in this book. Her life is on the line. As we know by past books that for a human to carry a Puca’s baby can be life threatening.
This was truly a great story and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

London had not given her the satisfaction Cyn thought it would on returning. She missed Fallon. She missed Felicity and the others. How could she have thought London was what she needed and had to have? Work, she'd returned partially to continue with her successful career, but now -- was it really so fulfilling?
Her family was important, but so was her life. Could she stay and be happy? She left because she thought it was what she needed. Had it taken too long to decide to return? Would Fallon take her back?
When she makes the decision--there are repercussions. What will she find when she returns? Fallon has begun the downward spiral--is she too late? And what about Felicity's pregnancy? Gorgeous Stallions ride again
It was another good episode in the Ride-Puca Mates series, I was happy that Cyn arrived back in the Realm just in time to prevent major problems.
The Nathan situation is left up in the air so I look forward to more of the series to find out what is going to happen to these wonderful characters that have become very real to me

Book 8 is the conclusion to Cynthia and Fallon's story, but they will probably reappear in subsequent books. Felicity and Niall are on the verge of bringing their first child into the world, and Cynthia has to make a choice, stay in the real world, or choose to return to Fallon, and be there for the birth of her friend's baby. Cynthia has lived her whole life not trusting that men would truly love her, so she never lets them get too close. Now Fallon is literally dying because of his love for her. Will she return in time? This series is the most unique shape shifter series I have ever read. You will be drawn into the Puca's lives, and want their society to continue, untainted by the real world. However the real world could soon be intruding, set to ruining their beautiful, quiet realm. I can't wait for the next book, to find out what happens, and who will be the next Puca to find their mate.

Cynthia (Cyn) has decided that she is going back to the Realm and she has pack all she is taking with her and left the rest for her sister and she has said her goodbye's to her family she is waiting at the cafe for Nathan to arrive she is nervous because she is about to go back to her mate the man she loves more than life itself and she knows that Nathan is going to act a fool but no matter what she is going to get on that plane. Nathan threatens the Puca way of life but Cyn will not left him dictate to her. Fallon hasn't answered the communication device he had given her she was scared that he didn't want her any more she gets back to the castle Fallon and Darcy are so surprise but thrilled she is back and Fallon forgives her because she came back on her own. She has to go and see Felicity who is about to give birth. This is an unusual series but very well written. It is erotic but a very good storyline. I received a copy for an honest review.

With the way that episode 7 'Mistake' ended I could barely wait to get my hands, I needed to know how everything would end. Cyn had just been given an ultimatum from Nathan, but her decision has been made, upon returning to Fallon's side Cyn learns that Felicity is in labour.... I'm leaving it there, you really need to read this for your self, I'd hate to ruin this episode for you. As for Nathan, well I'm definitely not wanting any HEA for him, especially with what he did.
'Wild Ride' is episode 8 in the "Puca Mates: Ride" series... the final episode for Cyn & Fallon's journey. I would advise you read 'Ride' from the start, only so you could get a real understanding for the series, but you don't nesecarily need to. I can't wait to read more about Cyn, Fallon, Felicity, Niall & the rest of the Puca beyond the Veil & look forward to the next episodes to come.

Ride: Wild Ride is Episode 8 in the Puca Mates series. This is the last book focusing on Cyn and Fallon. I try really hard not to give spoilers, so forgive me if I do. I was so happy when Cyn decided to go back to Fallon! She realized true love does not come by everyday, and she needed to grab that stallion and ride! (Couldn't resist the pun, sorry.) Felicity goes into labor and delivers, Maeliosa has a new man keeping her company, and Nathan, the twit, does what he threatened to do in the last book! Whew!
Now, one of my quirks as a book reader, is to wait until the entire series is out before I start reading. Sometimes this isn't possible, but I do my best because I am terrible at waiting for things. Please note that each of the episodes are short quick reads. Definitely for 18+ due to sexual situations. Very hot and steamy. Not be read as a standalone. Read each individual episode in order. This does not end in a cliffhanger, but the story is not finished. It will continue in future episodes.

I loved the ending to this great Episode of Ride, so many surprises, blew my mind!
Cyn finally realizes that she can't be without Fallon, she loves him and is a shell without him, so she decides to go back to the realm. But when she meets up with her best friend and Editor in Chief of Everyday Paranormal Blog to tell him of her plans, she is shocked by his reaction. He has threatened to out the Puca if she leaves him. Will she risk the world learning of the existence of the Puca, or will love win out?
Fallon is slowly, but surely withering away without his mate, but he must stay strong for his son Niall, Felicity is having a very hard time birthing, but Niall will have double the pleasure when all is said and done.
Can't wait to read Episode 9 it will be very intriguing and surprising I imagine. There are a lot of unanswered questions which make me anxious to read it.

Can't wait to read Episode 9 it will be very intriguing and surprising I imagine. There are a lot of unanswered questions which make me anxious to read it.

WOW what an ending to Cyn's story! Cyn decided to go to Fallon, to follow her heart. Fallon is wasting away without Cyn and when he sees her he starts getting better right away but before they can mate Cyn must go see Felicity who's about to give birth. An then there's Nathan who knows the truth and is not happy Cyn left him even though he knows she never cared for him the same way, will he go ahead with his threat to tell all?
The author really knows how to end a story with a cliffhanger and once again shows that she know how to bring a story to a great end, well at least for Cyn and Fallon. The characters are great and you get to know them. The series isn't done because someone else has caught wind of the Puca's and it will be very interesting to find out what happens next! Wild Ride was such a good way to end Ride's 2nd season. I'm supremely glad that we didn't have to wait long for the reconciliation between Cyn and Fallon that we've been waiting for. He was super understanding about Cyn's need to go home, and also very forgiving when she did return. I was very pleased that Cyn was able to be present for her best friend, Felicity, during a very emotional and stressful time for her family. And then there's the douchebag Nathan... I can't believe he really carried out with his threat. But I was bothered that Cyn didn't mention it to Fallon or anyone else. I know the next season will deal with the aftermath of Nathan and his dickhead ways, so I can at least take some comfort in that. I look forward to reading those next episodes!

This last book of Fallon and Cyn had everyone in this one which I enjoyed. Cyn Yes!!! Finally !! It took long enough and Fallon needs you. How selfless Fallon is just amazes me and could easily love that man. I had a couple times in this that I had tears in my eyes but was so good. Naill and Felicitys baby is due and what a surprise that is hahahaha. I have so much to say about this but I can't. Once I start I'll spoil it for everyone :) so all I'll say is I loved it and so much happened, tears, laughter, heartbreak, betrayal and anger. Alot is going to happen in the next one :)

I can't say I was very happy with how this ended. The build up of him nearing deaths door only to be all better and horny as soon as she comes on the door was disappointing. It would have been better if she would have had to do something to save him. And the bit with Felicity and the babies. Really this is supposed to be modern times right. Have they never heard of C- sections before. or were they just going to let them all die if she couldn't push them out. This book was just okay to me. It had potential to be much better but didn't reach it. It did however leave me wanting to read more to find out how what Nathan did is handled.

I was happy with the way this part of the series wrapped up even though I am worried about what Nathan has done. I wonder why Cyn hasn't told Fallon about Nathan's threatening ultimatum. In the meantime, I was very happy and excited for Niall and Felicity. I'm also enjoying that it looks like someone can finally chill Niall's sister out with her slightly bad temperament. Unfortunately, now, because they have all ended in a cliffhanger and her stories will be the newest ones to the series, I'll be forced to wait them out. I do hope that the Realm remains safe even though there's been no resolution for why the veil had thinned.

We've come to the end of season 2, with book 8 and it was full of hot sexy, births of baby Pucas and Cyn makes a decision, the only question is does she make the right one for her and Fallon and does she make it in time ? Continuing on in season 3 will Nathan break his promise and tell the world the Puca are real, will he let his heartbreak make him the laughingstock of the world, or will one Government Agent take it seriously? To top it all off is Maeliosa going to mate the Puca she hates or find happiness with someone else ? Lots of questions answered in this book, lots of high drama, and can't wait for book 9 in Season 3 of Ride !! 5

A good ending to Cyn and Fallon's story. Nathan was still a big pain for me in this one, he definitely needed a wake-up punch. Loved seeing what happened to Felicity and Niall, so happy for them!
At the beginning of this second season, I wasn’t really a big fan of Cyn but as her story progressed I started to like her and enjoyed reading about her a lot more, Fallon too!
It did end with some big unanswered questions so when I saw that a third season of this series will be written, I was so excited. Can’t wait to see what happens next and read about Maeliosa story.

Good conclusion to the story but beware this story felt like it left it open for more and there are more stories coming about the sister so when those come out I will probably read them as well. I did fell the book left the story a little too wide open for me. I did receive an ARC for my opinion. I do enjoy her writing and I will more than like read the rest of the story when it comes out. I wish I could find a longer story by this author I feel she could really wow you with more time to build up and really sink your teeth into her writing I look forward to reading her first full length novel! Hint hint Mrs. James!

WOW, This has been a journey! I have been on edge during this last part of the story. While waiting to see if Cyn gets her happy ending, finding out if Felicity has her babies, and being really ticked off with Nathan from his threat in the last part. It seemed like there would not be a resolution of everything in time. There was a nice amount of the story focusing on Felicity and Niall making their new family. In true fashion for the rest of the story, Cyn might have found her way home, but not everything is over. The delicious epilogue has me tuned in for the third set.

Cynthia Becket needs to decide what she is going to do. Fallon & Cyn are fated mates and had fallen in love. Cyn decided to return to Fallon after months away for good. Left behind is a vengeful ex-friend who felt he was the only one for Cyn even though she never treated him more than a friend. Things happen that she has no idea of. More will be showed as times goes by. Amazing writing from an amazing writer. I'm loving this series. I just can't get enough of these. A must read.
