There is a lot of good advice in this book. It is worth the hour it takes to read it!

The author believes strongly in alternative medical care such as massage and acupuncture but she doesn't preach much about it at all. She teaches you how to read and shop for policies and how to understand what you are paying for. My only complaint is that she uses these fabulous policies as examples that offer awesome alternative coverage but they are mostly based in the Northwest. Sigh. I hope I can find comparable policies in the frozen Northeast!
