Another great novel in The Shadow Sorceress Series

Absolutely loved the 3rd novel in Bilinda Sheehan's series. Amber is a very likable character who kicks some serious demon/vampire/shifter/etc butt. I wish the 4th book was out and I hope it doesn't end there.

So much fun

I have a lot of fun reading this series. It's always non stop action with characters that are entertaining. Amber keeps growing into her powers and Victoria is a great secondary character. There isn't much romance but what is there, is good!

This story took me a while to complete. A lot happening, has to keep backtracking to remember what was happening.

Amber gets suspended from Elite but that doesn't stop her from investigating.
She meets her sister, Lily. Lily is a very powerful Shadow Sorceress. People around them find out what Amber is and it puts her in grave danger.
The series was good up to this point, now it is getting too complex where many more characters are being introduced.
I think I will stop here in the series, change direction in my reading & may come back to it later.

Officially addicted to this series. MC is a witch still trying to figure out her powers and by book three we are seeing more and more of what she can do. Also the story line from the first two books falls in line nicely with this book. Has alL my personal favorites; crime scenes, magical cop unit, demons, witches and more. Glad this author was introduced to me as a suggestion.

Another amazing book in the series, amazing writing well detailed, easy to read books. Great characters you meet and you get a sense of connection to the characters as there story unfolds, but there is still questions on some characters and what they are after, this will be within the books to come

I wish Amber was growing on me, but at least I can say everyone else is! And I loved the newest wrench thrown in to further complicate the exciting storyline!

Fast paced and I'm interested to see what happens next.

Took me a few minutes to catch up with what was going on as its been a little while since I read the last book!

Another chop job

One story chopped up into three "books". Not sure about book four. Might be a genuine next book. Its a fairly good storyline but I think it could use a little more fleshing out. I just wish more authors had more confidence in themselves and their writing to chop their stories like this. Its just sad.

As always,
