Probes

by Philip Matthews

This first novel of "The Shock Weed Trilogy" is an exciting science fiction tale of man's first and hopefully last encounter with alien life. The dialogue and action will put you squarely in the middle of the story as heroes, both genuine and reluctant, battle forces far beyond even our newly developed technology to defend the Earth. The action and suspense of an interstellar rescue add to the challenges this second term woman president faces. Can she leads us through this first encounter safely. The clock begins ticking on the human race in this introductory novel.
