This is a very informative look at IS/ICT today in business. I particularly enjoyed the historical view the authors have strived to convey to give some context as to the way we use and manage IT today. A few viewpoints however are pure fantasy and not based on real world experience.

-thorough management styles/theories
-dry and boring, but good use as reference
