I read this way back when it was first released as a serial. Now that it's all in one complete series, I'm glad I got the chance to read and review it. I like it even better the second time around, as a complete series, rather than reading a few short chapters then waiting for the next installment to come out.
Natalie Jacobs is a reporter who's sick and tired of doing fluff pieces, so she's decided to find a good story on her own. She finds it in Dante Devereaux.
"He ran a securities and surveillance company that was basically hired by executives to protect their computers from hackers, but I'd discovered that he used his business to secretly steal private information from foreign leaders and sell the data to other governments, including our own."
Yikes. So she sets out to meet the man and expose him. She had no idea she'd end up falling for him in the process. She also didn't realize he was into things that she had never been exposed to - kinky, sexy things that she'd come to crave with him. Didn't realize she'd come to crave his brand of domination.
This is a super steamy, suspenseful, edgy journey that Dante and Natalie take. They start off as just her as the reporter trying to write a story on him, to trysting all over the place, to true blue lovers who end up married with a child. But of course, it's not all flowers and romance, because there are many secrets in Dante's past, and the mystery of what's really going on and who's really the villain is just as exciting as the relationship between the two.

Good read
Luckily this was the complete series as what is called separate books are actually only a few short chapters. I hate it when authors do that as I feel it takes advantage of the readers. The overall storyline of this was good but I got a little bored towards the end.

This is a great box set!!! Definitely not for the faint of heart due to the mature scenes of consensual BDSM. Natalie is a journalist looking for her big break when she overhears about a billionaire security service "selling" national secrets to enemies. Dante is a self made billionaire and professional jacket for his security company and secretly does jobs for the CIA. When Natalie puts herself in a position to meet Dante their chemistry is enough to set the club on fire. Natalie gets her big break but it is nothing like she thought it would be, her story has been changed and sets off a domino effect. As Natalie tries to right a wrong, she and Dante enter into a different world for her and she learns a different side of herself, but what happens when Dante learns the truth about her true identity. Follow Natalie and Dante through their journey of discovery and finding their soul mate. Someone wants Dante out of the way and will do anything to accomplish that. First of all, I’m so glad I read this series as a box set. Otherwise, I would have been a bit peeved. This series is like two stories in one set. The first being pre-marital and the latter being post marital. They’re both good stories having elements of BDSM, suspense, murder and conspiracy. It is well paced until the end where it concludes in less than a blink of an eye. It will keep you entertained.

This was a great series to me. I liked the storyline and characters. There were a few things that I probably could have done without, but all in all it was a fun read and kept me turning the pages instead of putting it away. Looking forward to seeing what’s next for this author. I’m voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

This was an enjoyable series but hate when they break the story up so much into so many books when it's only a couple chapters per book. I find it annoying. But this way got the whole book. I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review for a copy of the book.

The relationship of Natalie and Dante...one sexy, brilliant reporter and one dominant, alpha billionaire!! These two aren't really who they say they are when they first meet...both having secrets. Their journey is surrounded by murder, mystery, bondage, and love! Check this series and author out!

Highly recommended to any contemporary romance reader. Hot enough to melt your kindle. The only downside is that you can't put it down once you start reading.

It was an ok read. It did keep interest but also started to fall a sleep in some parts. Nice story altogether though.

Horrible series! Painful to read! There is "reality, fantasy and ridiculously" and this series is PURE RIDICULOUS. So-called Dante is a genius, best in the world security expert/computer hacker and he can't figure out who Natalie is??? He doesn't even check her out before he gets involved with her?? So much for his top of the line security. There were so many gaps in this series and repetitions that it severely impaired the continuity. At the end of the series, the last six months are summed up in less than two sentences. Talk about a rushed ending!
Don't even get me started on the editing. Missing words, extra words, misspellings, repeated words within the same sentence. Mixing up a character's name: Using David instead of Dante. Who wrote this crap??? I will never waste my time with this author again.
