I enjoyed learning from the Matrix Model book. The storytelling methodology brought to me new perspectives. I have not ever considered many of these intercultural communication strategies, nor did I recognize the potential impact for bridging the cultural gaps. It gives me much to think about on how to apply. I was particularly impressed with the various cross-cultural and conflict management ideas discussed that teach on how to make wise decisions.
