If we are to think our way through this reality without losing sight of who we are, we must have proper tools to keep us grounded in our truth. We must be able to scientifically decipher our current existence through an Afrikan centered lens. For many of us, the only real questions that remain unanswered are ones of orientation. Whose interpretation of reality, whose worldview, is used when we study ourselves and others? Whose cultural intelligence is deciding which path will lead us in the direction of complete mental liberation? Such critical questions cannot remain unanswered if this is our goal.
