Warriors of Ezrok #1
Warrior's Fate; Grahf Of The Ezrok
His people conquered humanity...but can he conquer her?
Grahf Ven Diel is a master warrior of the Ezrok, the alien race who conquered humanity, and his home is on the battlefield. When he is condemned to a reassignment to the backwater human colony on Mars, Grahf feels he is facing a sentence of misery…until he meets her.
He’s never desired a mate before in his life – his training prevents it – but this human girl is unlike any female he’s ever met.
Casey Pearce never asked for this. Ordered to quarter this tall and mysterious alien soldier at her farm, Casey is reluctant to trust Grahf. She knows the stories of the atrocities committed by the Ezrok during the war, but the more time she spends with him the more she finds herself helplessly enthralled by his presence.
A human and Ezrok shouldn’t be mated…so why do the bonds of fate draw them together?
Warrior's Fate: Grahf of the Ezrok is a standalone, steamy sci-fi military romance meant for readers 18+
BONUS BOOK: For a limited time this book includes Vivian Venus's SciFi romance, Crash Landed for FREE!

Sweet sci fi that needs editing
The story is less than 60℅ of the novella with the rest filled with bonus material. There are many wrong words used but you can figure out what was meant. The science fiction is interesting and the ending is happy.

Carrot. Control stick. Stock of “wheat”. Interesting spicy scenes, okay writing, entertaining for a quick read if you want alien smut.

Very Likeable
I'll take one Ezrok to go, please! Who'd thought working a farm on Mars would be so rewarding. Carey and Grahf turned out to be very interesting characters in this story. Enjoyed the storyline and the writing very much. Good start to the series.

Just when it got good....
The build up just started getting good, but then, all of a sudden, the tempo changed, became rushed, and BAM! That was the end.
I feel a bit cheated, to be honest, and I didn't even pay for it. Thank goodness it was available through KU. I would have been upset had I paid anything for it.
It was readable, even with a few grammatical errors. I wish I could have gotten more than I did. I missed getting to know the characters. They fell in love without actually falling in love. I feel nothing for the characters.

The fate of Mars deeper on the Warriors that actually sent there for punishment. But in the end it was a great thing that they were there.
Graphf had been staying at Casey farm, when the fight broke out. He faught the enemy by himself with the bots help . Until more warrior came to help. In the meantime he has fallen in love with Casey. It was a short story but full of action. With lots of sassy and humor. I was given this story for a honest review.

I was entertained by this sweet, short sci-fi.
But:
There are typos. Almost half the book is bonus material. The heroine is on Mars but uses biblical profanity (what?). The persistent racist is dropped out of the story after two appearances. It was hard to believe the h and H 'fit' together after all the explanations of their differences.

Warrior's Fate
I liked this story. I would love to read more about them and the world they came from. The characters were solid and the interaction between them was good. The supporting characters were good.

As one reviewer stated, the description of the book is marked different. I was interested in learning more about the plot and background which you do see but the difference is the fact it ls lacking in the romance area is the reasoning for the low score.

Warrior's Fate was an entertaining story. However, it was too short to develop the characters, and the plot seemed rushed. Overall, it was worth reading.
