After moving to Piersville to set up her interior design business, Maya meets Ren Townsend.

Ren never expected Maya or the impact that he’d feel from meeting her. Maya never expected to meet a man like Ren. Really when it came down to it, they shouldn’t fit so well together, because how does a playboy become an advocate for relationships?

Someone has a grudge against Maya's family and is determined to sabotage their business regardless of who gets hurt, and Ren's past refuses to go away. As if that's not enough, someone decides that the Townsends deserve pay back too...and loss of life is an added bonus. Accidents happen, mistakes are made, hearts are broken, but Ren's determination to have a happy ever after with Maya stays strong.

Meet the Townsends, Prices and Montgomerys of Piersville and their friends in book one of the Providence Series. Who will get hurt next, who will find their happy ever after, and who and why are they doing this?

I’m a British author who grew up all over the world. My parents were diplomats, so we were posted to all of the corners of the earth and it was a blast. Some wouldn’t seem so awesome if you heard about them, but my parents always made it a fun experience and it molded my brother and I into who we are today.

I live in Wiltshire in the west country of the UK. At random times of the day, I’ll hear a moo from the fields around me, or get a whiff of that…uhhh…’country air’, and I love it! I might not have grown up in the UK, but I’m a British girl to the bone (regardless of the suspicious whiffs coming in from the fields).

I’m a single mother with a son who is nearing his teenage phase. Maybe he’s reached it early? Who knows. But he’s awesome and has a personality and sense of humor that I can only attribute to my family. We’re slightly bonkers, we have a wicked sense of humor and we find the positives in every situation. I’m so proud to be his mum and to watch him grow and mature.

Writing was something that I’d always done. I had a teacher in the third grade who always set us the task of writing a story and making it into a book every weekend. After I left school, I kept this up and wrote as often as I could or just plotted out books. This evolved into me taking the plunge and publishing my first book in 2016 and I’ve been typing ever since.

I’m proud to be an Indie Author, and I absolutely love writing out my crazy Providence characters and the more complex ones in my other series’. It doesn’t matter if it’s romantic comedy or something with more suspense – so long as it has a HEA I’ll do it!

I’ve got so many more planned, so the best is yet to come.

This book is super odd. The author writes using British words and expressions, but the people are supposed to be ranchers living in the south.. in the U.S.. They will say "y'all" over and over again, but then use a British expression like saying it is "half twelve" instead of twelve thirty. The southern guy also says the girl was leaning against the boot of the car. Um,, hello? Here in the south, the only boots that we know of are of the cowboy variety. We all have at least one pair. It is required to get your permit to live here. On the border when arriving in Texas, we are given 30 day notices to get a gun, boots, a Texas flag, and at least five things that are shaped like Texas. It's the rules. I respect them.

Damn right we are. And, yes, she's wearing Texas flag leggings. They look like freedom.

Aside from that strangeness is the fact that the characters in the book keep making "jokes" that are not funny at all. It will have a conversation going on and then it says that the characters are bent over laughing and I'm just scratching my head. What did I miss? Did someone say something funny that wasn't written down? You know what is better than writing that everyone was laughing? Actually having funny dialogue. Then, you don't have to tell us to laugh. We just will. It's like when you watch something on television and the audience laughs and you are thinking that either: A) they found a group of dumbasses to fill the audience, or B) someone is holding a gun on the audience with a "LAUGH NOW OR ELSE" sign.

or that.

On top of that, there are weird POVs that seem to come from nowhere, and a mystery of sorts, tons of drama - like soap opera scale drama, and general strangeness. It's like the book was a group project and everyone just shoved their parts together and right before class starts. One guy thought it was a drama, one a mystery, another thought it was a smutty romance with alpha guys everywhere, and then the guy from America's Funniest Home Videos wrote the jokes. And, all of them are from different countries. Of course, one of the guys just put his name on it but never did any of the work. Typical.

So, yes, I need to continue reading. It's like watching a television show in another language. I'm not exactly sure about it, but I need to see where it's going.

All the men were true manwhores and their h’s came out as weak annoying women who had no self esteem and also the “betraying body” was full on with all of them even knowing how crap these men had treated them before. Where were the strong women who had pride and self respect? Honestly I can’t believe this book!

Sigh. It's not that it's a bad story, I liked the plot.
But...there are so many characters and set up for future books and a convoluted mystery subplot.

A ridiculous skank who continuously connives to break up not just the main couple but the others as well.

Comedy that is funny but is became eye-rolling and needed to doled out in smaller doses throughout the story.

British colloquiums "Collect" my car instead of pick up, "lounge" instead of living/family room, an American would not say "Fancy a movie?" or "rang me" instead of call me, "mine" when referring to one's home, "meant to be" instead of supposed to be (I could go on and on). The author explains that the h was raised around the world by her diplomatic parents which would explain her accent and expressions but she had the other characters that are American and raised in the south using them as well.

The H behaved sophomorically and his brother is such a cartoon I don't think I'll be able to take him seriously as a hero. A LOT of "it's not what it looks like" situations meant to cause conflict between the couples.

Super abrupt ending and the mystery plot unsolved.

Ok for a freebie, entertaining but not a re-read for me.

Well then

This was a five star read for me. I absolutely loved everything about this book. Even with the crazy amount of drama. But, hey, there was never a dull moment.

Then, about 70% into the book I read one sentence that felt like a slap across the face and a punch in the gut all at once.

***"I hurt all over. Every time I breathed in, it felt like someone was stabbing me and like I had a sumo wrestler sitting on my chest. How the hell did guys find those 450-pound women sitting on them arousing? "***

Now, I'm not 450 pounds but I am a whopping 310 pounds. So, fuck you very much. That hurt so badly that I wanted to rate this one star. But, I truly loved this book and I will read the next one. But, dang.

Ren Townsend has never been in a real relationship, he has been with women sure but he never found one that interested him more than a round in bed. Then he sees Maya, he knows she is someone special and wants to see where it will lead. Ren's past around town comes up though, a bit too much and it makes Maya gun shy because of her last disastrous relationship. Throw in a busy bee brother who seems to want to interfere and a threat that is determined to keep them apart. You have a fantastic read.

Loved this one. Ren you wanted to smack a time or two, but Cole had me cracking up through out the story. This is a fun book with a bit of drama but you love everyone involved. Cant wait to read the next book.

I skimmed this when it was 1st released. I hadn't realized since the book now has a different cover on Ammy.

KU book. The author's writing style is not for me. Way TOO much internal dialogue. The writing doesn't flow. Parts were skimmed over that should of been showed to the reader.

Loved it

Great book. First time reading this author. I will be reading more. She reminds me of Lola Wright. Love humor in books. Lots of drama, which I always love. Leaves you in a cliffhanger, so of. Can't wait for Cole's book 😍. He is a character.

This is an insult to Mary B Moore's writing.

I read Cheaps Thrills, was psyched to find a new author that I really enjoyed. So I backtracked to read this series.

If I read this first, I would put her on a permanent hard no list.

The characters and dialogue are entertaining. But this was a nightmare. Perspective changes to characters as a set up for a different books(4 different couples with bullshit "development/drama" for each) Angst and melodrama randomly kicked up to 11. And a suspense mini plot, that I can really only describe as dumb. Dumb and unnecessary. Just. So. Dumb. The "villain" pov is just. So. SO DUMB. It's the first sign of a good book being taken down. Tackled into a pile of pig shit. From which it never gets up. I kept trying to read around the plot lines.

I actually kind of resent the time I wasted here. I want to say I liked the characters but the plots lines really f*ck it up. You can't ignore them. They're so bad. And all over the place

Didn't like the ex drama. The half assed weirdo skank drama. The immature miscommunication. The repeated not-the-way-it-looks garbage (PRO TIP YOU CANNOT DO THAT IN THE SAME BOOK MULTIPLE TIMES)

And it just ends. Doing snow angels in the pig shit.

I just. I can't. I feel betrayed. Cheated. Disappointed. Kind of angry.

Forever Mine is a story that will make you laugh while
also making you swoon with a touch of angst. I loved the story of Maya and Ren and with the way this book left off I cannot wait for the next one!

Maya moves to be closer to her extended family and to start over as an interior designer for her Uncle's firm. Her first job is to decorate brothers Ren and Cole's house. While each brother is immediately attracted to Maya, Ren claims her for his own.

With Maya and Ren starting a relationship, both are treading on new ground, Maya out of S long term relationship that ended badly and Ren never having been in one. They have their ups and downs and with the comic relief of Cole and their awesome group of friends the reader finds themselves laughing more often than not.

When mysterious things begin going wrong on job sights the investigation begins and when Maya is hurt along with her cousin Luke all bets are off! I can't wait to see what happens next!

Romance! Maya moves to be near family and meets Ren. Ren has had a playboy lifestyle, but meeting Maya changes that. Aye there's mention at school he shares some girls with her cousins, but aside from a wee bit of insecurity it doesn't pop up after that until a woman from his past lies to cause issues between literally everyone in the book. It doesn't cause as much of a prob as they'd like though.
I loved the build of the relationship between them. Maya learning to trust him and ren learning to be an us and enjoying being in his first relationship. Then there's the angst and who's after them and omg are they going to die? Obv you know they won't, but at the same time the way it happens I thought it might.
I loved meeting the characters and watching them grow in the book and Cole is the shit!!
Love, romance and beauty. I loved it!

"Forever Mine" introduces you to a set of sexy/zany characters you will quickly fall in love with! While Renwick (Ren) is a sexy alpha male, you also get to see he has a goofy side, as well as self doubt. Maya is a woman strong woman, who has been lied too, she is hesitant to fully trust. Ren and Maya's HEA comes with LOTS OF Laughs, Love, Misunderstandings and a full cast of secondary characters. This is the first book in the series and I do strongly advise to read in order, each book focus's on an HEA for one couple, but it is a continuous time line, with glimpses and brief encounters of future couples. You also need to read in order, to fully "get" the jokes! LOL I loved "Forever Mine", and anxiously await "More Than Forever".

Freaking hilarious!!!

This book had me busting out laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. My hubby thought I was nuts. This book was amazing. I seriously devoured it. The little bout of intrigue just adds to this brilliant storyline. This is my first book by this author and definitely positively won't be the last!!
Ren and Maya were made for each other. And Cole just NO words to describe his funky butt he is just hilarious and too much. I can't wait to see what this author does with him seriously you as readers are going to just bust out laughing while reading this book.
Well this is short and sweet because I got more books in this amazing series to read so toodles.....

Great start to a new series. Fast paced. The Cole character was a little OTT for me but Ren was yummy and Maya was a good h. I'm excited to see who is up next (hope it's Luke and Isla).

Pick a plot already

What the heck is is this jumbled mess of inconsistencies? It started out well, then fell apart around 23% in. And yet, I continued in hopes of it turning around. Guess what? It didn’t turn around. It got worse. We start with one couple, then another is added, then ANOTHER, until we have messes stumbling all over each other and no clear resolution for the main couple. It’s just BAM, all good, with zero explanation of the bs that came between them in the first place.

I’m stupidly going to try the next one for Luke and Isla’s jumbled mess ONLY because I want to know why he’s such scum. We shall see if this can be turned around (though it likely can’t be).

I found this book to be a little annoying. Just as I thought things were going to go well and end another major problem arose and it just seemed over the top. MAYA is an OK character and Ren is not bad but i just couldn't connect to them.

This is the first book by this author that I was not majorly keen on. I didn't like the extra chapter from secondary characters. They just seemed like filler.

Some silly mistakes too, I mean whole words missing from sentences and other bad issues that a good beta should have found.

I feel kinda bad because I love some of Mary B Moore's other books just not this one.

Funny but...

It was really funny. Cole is just the ultimate comedic relief. However the relationship angst between ALL the couples was just too much for me. The hero and the future book heroes were just stupid. It was like they have never spoken to a girl before. They/ he at every turn did the wrong thing when it came to conflict with the heroines. The plot is pretty good. Although this a stand alone, the main plot doesn't not get resolved in this book.
If it wasnt for the humor I would not have read it passed a couple chapters.

*WARNING* intended for mature audiences
I freaking loved this book! This is super realistic. This whole story could have been true. The family is very close and Cole is hysterical. All the characters are great, maybe a little dense when it comes to females they're interested, but great characters! I found a couple of editing errors, but it didn't take away from the story. I couldn't put this book down. I have to read the next one to see who the "?" is and why he dislikes the two families so much.

1. Both the H and his brother were super creepy and inappropriate; the first time they met the h, they both kept hitting on her, calling her "Baby" and "Honey" and using blatant, sleazy sexual innuendos. This was in a business meeting with the h and THEIR MOTHER!
2. Cole's reaction to the tampons that fell out of Maya's purse was idiotic and juvenile - saying that they were "nasty" and wiping his hands on his clothes like they were contaminated because he'd touched them. How old was he? Ten??? 🙄

This was an entertaining read, but I'm really giving the 2.5 stars for Cole. I wasn't going to read his book (#3) because the plot didn't really interest me, but now I'm considering it just because of his beautiful, dumb brain. Anyway, this book was on par with soap-operas with the amount of drama, misunderstandings, and hospital visits layered on top of each other. And why were there so many chicks going psycho over each of the Townsend guys? There can't be that many mentally unstable women in one small town in the same friend group.

Great book!

Loved this from start to finish. I couldn't stop laughing at Cole's antics, the man is seriously funny!! Love her best friend he was just as funny with his sayings. The book is full of lol moments, jealous group of women who will do anything to destroy the new budding relationship between Ren and Maya and other relationships that are starting up which you'll see, romance and danger.
