When Detective Terin O’Brien is assigned to an investigation involving the Gold Vipers, she is blind-sided by the strong attraction she has for their newest member, Cole Davis. Not only is he a main suspect in the case, but he’s also the man who came to her rescue one night when she was off duty. Now Terin is caught between wanting Cole behind bars and wanting him as a man, which she knows is wrong, stupid, and above all else… dangerous.
Cole Davis will do anything to protect his club and the person responsible for the murder he’s being questioned for. When he comes face-to-face with Terin O’Brien, a familiar face and the lead investigator in the case, he soon realizes that she’s fighting an obvious attraction for him. Using this to his advantage, he turns on the charm to steer the beautiful detective away from the investigation and into his bed.
Yeah, it’s a tough job, but Cole’s willing to take one for the club…

Series Order- Resisting The Biker Surviving The Biker Fearing The Biker Breaking The Biker Taming The Biker (Novella)
It was a great read. It had interest characters and a great story line with a little surprise twist with Hoss. It was well worth the read. Love this series
This installment to the series mainly follows Terin (detective for Jensen PD's Gang investigations) and Cole (once prospect for The Devil's Ranger but now with the Gold Vipers and Raina's brother). Terin is investigating the unsolved murder of former MC Club president Slammer and is tasked to go undercover at Griffin's to see what she can find out about the Gold Vipers, the new president (Tank), and all the important players that may have knowledge of what really happened. Before Terin can so much as don a disguise for the Jensen PD, she runs into some trouble at a deli where members of The Devil's Rangers are causing some mayhem/kidnapping. Cole happens to be there and saves her life, effectively making her an unintended part of the investigation. This puts her interests n conflict when she and Cole start develop an attraction to each other. With a sprinkling of some more information (i.e. points of view) from Jordan, Jessica, Adriana, and Raptor, this installment is a lot stronger than the previous two. It certainly has a lot more meat to it then the previous story! A more solid read by comparison!

Terin is a cop and Cole is a part of the MC that she is investigating. I over hear wondering just how dumb do you have to be to start hanging out with the guy you are investigating. She goes to his place to ask him something then the next minute she is in bed with him. Then comes to realize she shouldn't be with him and then turns around and spends the day with him riding around on his motorcycle. There are just to many inconsistencies with this whole story. The stalker was no surprise to me and did they react like any other MC? NO they let them go and said it's okay we understand. When you have a rat in the club revenge is on the menu and they don't care what the excuse is. What was up with Tail? His book was before this one and he found his HEA and yet in this book he was still the horndog.
story was ok..though not my favorite. the narration was like nails on a chalkboard which didn't make sense since its the Sammy narrator from other books in the series. some voices didn't match the characters, raina was high pitched with a southern accent; a lot of the guys sounded like mouth breathers. ALSO, if i had to hear the phrases "... he/she said..." during conversation between multiple characters one more time I thought I was gonna lose it. it was like hearing someone use "umm" and "like" to gather thoughts. Almost as if the author was trying to reach a word count goal for the book or the narrator was. seriously.
I have submitted this review after listening to the audiobook of this title. Yes, as with all parts of Society, there are those of good and bad characters. Unfortunately, the majority of society seem to have preconceived notions of those that ride motor bikes, and band together in a group, for mutual comradeship and friendship. This tale shows a female detective, who has a hassle with a fellow colleague, and has meet, and is attracted to a member of the Gold Viper motor bike club. I know which of these characters I would put my faith in. Yes, there are bad apples in every bunch, the aim is to weed them out, so they don't contaminate the rest.
Cole is prospecting for the Gold Vipers, when on his way to get lunch one day he stumbles upon their sworn enemy. Terin is the newest Detective to the town of Jensen and goes to get sandwiches for her and her colleagues, when she witnesses two members of another outlaw MC in the process of committing a crime. When Cole helps her out, they manage to arrest two of them but one of them plus the owner of the sandwich place get away. The attraction between Cole and Terin is palpable from the word go but how can they be together, when he’s a one percenter and she’s in law enforcement?
I loved the ending when we get to hear a little about how each couple is doing!
I felt there was a lot going on in this installment in a good way.
I was slightly confused as a character (Tail) in a previous book had his story and found his love (Lauren) and in this one he wasnt with her which I believe was a time line thing but confusing none the less.
I liked Terin and Cole they really clicked.
I really enjoyed the side stories with past characters and their futures.
All up an enjoyable series and am looking forward to continuing on with future stories and spin offs.
terin a cop falls for cole the hardcore biker...she can't resist him but can lose her job associating with him...they are invetgating slammers murder among others...one of her associates is a blackmailer and tries to rape her she dosen't want to be falling for cole but he is too hard to resist...of course he gets what he wants and he wants her....great romance even though it is tough including all their friends with their women.....alot of bad stuff going on but i loved it all
Detective Terin O’Brien & Cole Davis (Raina's brother). Again detail mistakes. Argh!!! I liked the idea of one of the MC being with a cop even though that story line within the MC world has been DONE many many times before. Cole got an easy redemption with the Gold Vipers and I have to admit I was a bit surprised with Hoss but yet not.
Again, I'm weirdly fascinated with this series and need to finish it.
Please get a new proof reader! I love these books but the typos are super annoying. The story lines are interesting. The character development make you fall in love and want them to succeed. The sexy times are well written without feeling gross. The only complaint is the typos. Decide if the character’s name is Grover or Dover and stick with one of them. If you can look past the typos, read the book. It’s worth your time.
Loving The Biker (MC Biker Romance) (The Biker Series Book 6). a cop and a Biker...Oh My!
This was fun. This Cole (Ice) and Terin's story. She's a cop and he's a Biker. Lots of twist and turns with the sexy bits that will keep you reading late into the night. Great series. Thank you Cassie Alexandra for sharing your alpha bikers and their kickass ladies with us.
This story was incredible, outstanding, exciting and just plain sexy as hell 😄!. Very moving and heartwarming 😂!.It was a great storyline with hot as hell characters 😊!.
Thoroughly good read with some unexpected twists and turns
A story which shows that love comes where you least expect it. Nice to catch up with all the other characters from the previous books. Couldn't put the book down. Onward to next in series. Enjoy ladies.
Loved this one. Cole and Terin are great together. There was a lot going on in this one. Some surprises - that's for sure. There were a lot of times where I LOL. Especially at the end with Tank and baby Carissa and all the snippets after that.
I'm really getting into this series and I loved reading about Cole or should I say Ice, and I love the way that we get glimpses from the other characters too, great series is recommend reading it x
The love interest and plot is there. Also love that a males voice as well as a female who plays their parts well. Found it a little slow at getting to the good parts.. But it was well worth listening to.
I really like the plot in this book. It was a little predictable, but the details make up for it. I love how all the stories are entwined and come to a close. I have been wanting that so bad for the Jenson couples.
Muy buena trama, pero la traducción al español está fatal. Habla todo el tiempo en género masculino. Ejemplo de traducción: Fine como multa en lugar de bien, Right como Derecha en ocasiones dónde debe see correcto y así muchas más.
It was a great read. It had interesting characters and a great story line with a little surprise twist with Hoss. It was well worth the read. Love this series. Rated very good
As with the previous five books I really enjoyed reading this one and highly recommend that you read it as well. Never a dull moment. Keeps your on your toes.
