this could've been a really cute and nice series, but unfortunately the mangaka died before finishing it :/

It's actually more like a 2.5 overall. I really liked the premise of this manga, if only it had a little bit of plot... Still, I'm a sucker for this type of cliche.
The drawings were cute and Miller's reactions were funny.

What the heck? Did this really end? I mean, I thought it's going to be continued geez. For all the chapters, the ending is so lame. Tsk..

Comical acts between two "mortal enemies" with a Man from the Evil Empire courting Magical Girl. It is adorable, simple where every act/ chapter reflects a different day. Magical Girl is just your typical cute chibi girl, innocent, looks younger than she appears (12ish but is a post high school graduate) that just pulls those around her to love her sweet nature. Evil Officer starts the series explaining on how he is part of an Evil Empire but he has fallen for his mortal enemy with many segments starting with him buying sweets or trying to interact with her in ways he is inexperienced in. But he is good natured and cares for her more than he would like others to know and learns that this is something he can no longer escapes.

Unfortunately, the author passed away leaving this series unfinished.

Do I recommend it:

Yes, just imagine your own ending after reading all 3 volumes :)
** Plus the author stayed true to the Japanese nature of slime and tentacles coming into contact with a female :P
