Delivered does in fact deliver an action packed conclusion to The Monster Trilogy.

Denied (book 2) left me with the feeling of just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse. Needless to say that Delivered has somewhat of an action packed beginning, as it begins where Denied ended.

This fast paced dark romance is both thrilling and in places somewhat disturbing. As a woman, I did find it made me feel scared, trapped and unnerved in places.

In this final part of The Monster Trilogy we also get to see a couple of the characters develop further, as we discover even more about their past.

On a lighter note, there was also a cute mouse that managed to melt my heart.

Overall, a very enjoyable trilogy.

I would like to thank the author for a copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review.

I have read both the other books in this trilogy so I was very excited to hear from the author that the third part was about to come out and would I like an ARC in return for an honest review. Well, I nearly bit her hand off as I had been desperate to find out how Lily and Monsters story would end!

This book pretty much takes off exactly where book 2 left us hanging on that massive cliffhanger. Firstly I would say that this is one book where you definitely have to read the previous books in the series or you will struggle to work out who is who and what has occurred previously. All the books follow Lily and Merrick, the first is pretty raunchy as it describes how they meet, the second continues the story of their relationship and this third is slightly more action packed as Merrick attempts to rescue Lily and Jess from the sex traffickers. There is also an unexpected "blast from the past" for Merrick that may throw a spanner in the works!

Marissa Farrar is a fabulous storyteller. She is imaginative (yes I'm talking about THAT scene in the dining room) and enthusiastic in her plotting and I enjoy absolutely every minute of her books. Her characters are people that you care about and take to your heart. Her books are a real "guilty pleasure" for me and this trilogy has been great. Each book is a great length, just long enough to build up tension to a cliffhanger but not too long so that it drags the story out with lots of padding. I hope she writes something similar in the near future as I have thoroughly enjoyed the Monster Trilogy!

***Given ARC for honest review***

What a great way to end this series. As always, I didn't want it to end but all good things must and I had to know where Lily and Monster would end up after the way book 2 left us hanging.

Lily and Monster have come a long way in their relationship together in such a short time and Lily has come to know him like no other person ever will. She has also grown up and become stronger I think thanks to him. Monster went from being the man that was hated and who you didn't think could actually have feelings to trying to do what is best for Lily and keeping her safe. But things don't go as planned and Lily is once again wrapped up and thrown into a situation that she wonders if she will make it out alive. This time though, she has a friend but will this make things worse trying to protect both of them and can Monster save them from his enemy without having to hand himself over? People are not what they seem and Monster should know this but lines get blurred and people get hurt. It was a great ride and page turner. So very glad I came across Marissa and her books!

I just got the pleasure of being one of the first lucky people to read Delivered and OMG!! Absolutely brilliant end to the Monster series.
It picks up right where book 2 left off and the action just takes you away.
I sat here and said to myself "ill read a few chapters with my coffee this morning" 2 hours later I'm finished reading and I never left my seat or put the book down!!
Lily becomes a strong woman who fights and never gives up and Monsters love for his Flower is stronger than ever and nothing and no one will keep him away from her not even death! And that combination makes for one hell of an amazing finish to this series.
Bravo Marissa Farrar!!!!

This was fucking sickkkk. Marissa you play with my heart. I go from gross to shit to fuck to what the fuck to bro what.

Insanity at its finest.

I can’t believe we got from “fix my birthmark” to “I get turned on by the love of my life’s mortal enemy because I’m a kinky bitch”. Like heh??

Also, we deserved more of an epilogue than that!

I loved this finale to the series. I wasn't too impressed with book two but this one pieced everything together and the ending was expected but still amazing. This is my first time reading this author and I plan on reading her again. I am sad to see the book end but all good things come to and end.

Also I appreciate the characters and they were very believable. I liked the fact that the main character, Lily, is a very strong female character and doesn't take any crap from the male roles in the series. And the other female in the book also overcame her fear and stood up for herself and Lily as well.

I found it boring to be honest and quickly flipped through. The good thing was i had gotten the full series as a bundle on KU, so i ended up just quickly skimming through all of the books so i could hopefully find some of the darkness that was meant to be it.
P.S I found barely any - yes to being kidnapped in this book, it follows through actually for the others, a bit of kidnap her and a bit there and a bit everywhere, before being rescued by Monster/Merrick as he renames himself.

P.P.S - these covers make you think it's going to be worse than it was.

Wow, gripping ending! This final chapter was as disturbing as it was thrilling. The enemies of Monster are the deviant kidnappers in this one and the boss, Rodrigues, wants to make Lily his. But Lily is no longer the compliant woman he expects and Merrick’s determination to get her back in his arms is unprecedented. Wounded and weak from loss of blood, he trusts who he shouldn’t.

There is an HEA but what a ride to get there! This was a dark and dirty series but well worth reading.

This book is the 3rd in The Monster Trilogy. It's title, Delivered, does exactly that. This book is full of action packed thrills and suspense! Holy cow!! My heart is still racing! EXCELLENT writing! This author has a style of writing which paints a perfect picture on your mind, so that you can actually feel the heat of a fire or feel your heart racing with fear for the characters we feel we know, on a personal level.
I highly recommend this series!

The exciting conclusion to this fabulous dark romance trilogy!!!

What will happen to Lily now that she is in the hands of Monster's greatest adversary? Will he kill her or will be just make her wish she was dead?

Lily can't even be sure if Monster survived the gun shot wound he sustained and if so, will be be able to come for her?

This is the exciting conclusion to this suspenseful dark romance and I loved every wicked, wild minute of it!!!

Hmmm didnt care for this one as much.
Already expected Lily's condition (the one mentioned in the epilogue) and while that was nice, I felt disappointed by it.
Glad there was an HEA, just wish it was a better one.
One part I really disliked was when Lily is thinking about how she would prefer to be raped through seduction than force and pain. That was incredibly disturbing to me. As if seduction makes rape better. And the fact Lily thinks this, incredibly disturbing.

Lily caused many of Monster's men to die because she refused to do what Monster asked her to do. I felt she used him because she knew he would do anything for her. Book 1 I did not like because it kept going back different times; young child, older, preteen, young adult, present time, back to a child, etc. Book 2 was the best book.

Still far romance

5/5 stars

I liked this book of the trilogy. It was a good way to wrap up the end of the story. Thought I didn't like the villain and this story. He was a psychopath guy and disgusting thoughts for women's. And another explosion! I liked the ending.

Lily is in danger. They will hurt her to get to Merrick but now she has given him something to fight for. He’s unsure who he can trust but he must rescue her as he’s the one that’s out her in danger.

Dark Romance!!!

This series was one that I thought I would love. It was dark, had a sacred MC and a shy but strong FC. BUT i really needed more. I wanted more of everything. Maybe I am just being picky but i felt like we were missing more.

What an amazing finish for the monster trilogy, with Lily being kidnapped again and Monster being shot can he rescue his woman from the clutches of Rodriguez? With half his me dead Monster finds himself around a familiar face, a face from his past. A servant when he was just a young boy,she befriended him but only briefly his father had beat him most of his life and when she...the blonde standing along side him vanished Monster was sure his father had her killed. Sophia knew Monster straight away the boy from her younger yrs, different without so much of his marked face but definitely him. Monster needed to find Lily and Sophia would be his help, letting her believe his plan to access Rodriguez's home with 2 of his remaining men Sean and Chapman. Lily was being held by Rodriguez in the desert somewhere she had no idea if she'd ever see Monster again but with the beating she had taken from Marco and the sexual torture she took from Rodriguez himself she had to believe she'd be rescued. During her beating from Marco Lily managed to get Jess to run,Jess being the remaining rescued girl from the dirty sex traffickers lily killed back at the small tucked away airport in the middle of no where.... Everything is running at a fast pace, Jess has run,Marco beat lily and a car is fast approaching Rodriguez's home....could this be the help lily has been praying for? Could this be Monster with enough back up to take down the bad guys?...Well enough said ;) I am a KU subscriber and was given the opportunity to read book 1 for free knowing I'd purchase the 2 remaining books. There dark with rape, sexual references, abuse, kidnap tourture to much but a few but through the dark comes the light. Great series I would recommend it

Wow what a brilliant end to The Monster Trilogy. Delivered is action packed, it will keep you on the edge of your seat, who will live and who will die? Maybe no one dies; the suspense will keep you guessing with all the twists and turns! Just when you think you know what’s about to happen, yeah you’re wrong. Amazing.

Poor Lily has been kidnapped again, this time by Rodriquez a real nasty piece of work and I don’t even want to think about his buddy Marco. Not having a lot of luck is she! Lily is being held in what resembles a fortress in the middle of the desert with guards keeping watch they can see anyone approaching from every angle. Her only hope is that Merrick (Monster) can save her, but how will he be able to rescue her if he doesn’t know where she is? He knows that Rodriquez will not give Lily up without a fight.

Another success for Marissa, she never disappoints. Marissa is one of my favour Authors, I buy her books without any research as to the story because I know it will always be a really good read.
A Brilliant Trilogy and I highly recommend you read it, you will love it.

What a wonderful end to a great trilogy of books. If your looking for books to read, then these are the ones for you. I just love the characters of Monster and Lily. The way their lives together become so involved the story alternates between the both PVO's which makes it so interesting. Very sad to see this series end! Book 3, Delivered, plunged the reader straight back into the action where book 2, Denied, left off. As expected from a Marissa Farrar story Delivered was a real page turner, very believable characters and a fast moving plot. Another winner!
