What a hoot!
Lots of good recipes in here but you'll have to be able to translate the poorly translated English. For example - floor beef = ground beef, rooster = chicken and many others I have yet to figure out. Recipes are reasonably good. Entertainment value is huge!

Rooster?
I don't know where the author lives but where I live chicken doesn't mean rooster. I suppose I could substitute fryer or hen for rooster but why rooster at all?
The recipes look good but I wish the author would have just said chicken.
